Shocking service from this company. 50x parker pens ordered for customers August 2020. They delivered items late "due to issues with suppliers". we couldnt give items out at Christmas. No issue as its difficult times.They then sent invoice to non existent mail, didnt use contact details on the order but a previous employees email. Our accounnt was then been passed to debt to recovery agency. Despite us settling the account immediatley we are now getting chased for debt collecting fees and the company has yet to repsond despite repeated requests for information. The customer service is not there when things go wrong. This was our third order with IGO post for over £500.. Post reviewed at the request of the company as I named sales executive.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered a few pen samples to review. They were sent with next day delivery. We were very pleased with the choices and placing an order for 500 units. These were printed and delivered within 5 working days.

We've chosen to work with IGO Promo for the giveaways items for the exhibition in Hamburg and then Amsterdam (one week between them) in Autumn 2018. We asked our partner in Germany to receive items on our behalf (we are based in Egypt). A part of the items (first aid kit boxes) did not arrive on time for us to pick it up before the first exhibition, so we asked to change the delivery address to Amsterdam to catch the second exhibition. Still, they sent it to the wrong address and we didn't get any use of these items. We asked to get the items back and refund us our money for these items since we do not need them anymore. Until now (January 2020), we didn't get back our money and they do not even know what happened to the items. Every time we call them they say that they are checking with their supplier of the status of a pickup and will get back to us - they never do. For more than one year! I believe that it's not the end customer problem that the company has issues with its suppliers. But with IGO Promo it is. We were offered some discount on further offers, but of course, after this struggle, we are not motivated to order anything else from them again and would not recommend other people to do it either.
