Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no proof arrived, chased for proof and told they would sort it out, chased again and told they would follow up, chased again and told the file I uploaded wasn't suitable (file has been used many times for many items), supplied a new file and heard nothing since - emails now not being responded to.

We are sorry that you did not find out service adequate to your needs. Our staff always tries to respond in a timely manner while also trying to solve the problem congruently to what is needed.
Unfortunately some elements are out of our control when we rely on help from our suppliers to provide things such as print proofs. Of course over 2 weeks for a proof is not acceptable and will be discussed with the responsible department and supplier.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. MISSING ORDER. NO REFUND/HELP.

I am the BRIDE to the man who has been begging ALL week for answers.
- ORDER NUMBER: 1118188
My fiancé has been chasing IGO ALL WEEK for a response, tracking code, order dispatch number or ANY proof that our over £200 order of BRANDED FANS FOR OUR WEDDING, which we ordered since the BEGINNING OF MAY was sent.
He called about 10 times. Was REPEATEDLY told that they had been sent and not to worry and that they would definitely arrive by June 6th (still a week later than they were supposed to be delivered) - still no order tracking
AFTER CHASING MULTIPLE TIMES TODAY HE WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT THEY WERE NEVER MADE BECAUSE THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE LASER.
ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS FOR A WEDDING AND WE FLY OUT NEXT WEEK THURSDAY.
He was PROMISED today at 2:00pm BST that we would be fully refunded and have non-branded fans dispatched to us ASAP so that they would arrive before June 8th.
Did anyone call/email us back after they promised to get in touch by EOP today? NO.
Someone from IGO needs to contact us ASAP and give us an update regarding the plan of action - we trusted this company to provide a service for one of the most important and cherished milestones in our life and have been strung along for weeks and ultimately SCAMMED.
I implore someone from this company to get us touch with us VERY SOON.
This is utterly DISGUSTING customer service.

Would have loved to use this company, sadly their advertising was / is very misleading. Their adverts should state prices 'from' when questioned and pointed out they just dropped the 'chat' feature and said 'have a nice day!' excellent way to help/keep a potential customer. will definitely go elsewhere now.

First time ordering from this company and had a great experience. I had a few queries regarding my order choices and I spoke to one of the representatives (Emma) regarding this. She helped me pick the best options for our needs and was very quick with her responses. We ordered 100 company branded notebooks and thermos flasks and they all arrived in good time.
