I only wish that I had found IGO Promo years ago…

I only wish that I had found IGO Promo years ago .I will be purchasing from them again and again. There is a great selection of items that I will, hopefully, over the next few years be able to review more of.

ASCEND Charity UK ordered new promotional pens - helpful service, proof came quickly, and the pens were delivered quickly. The price of the pens was very competitive and ASCEND has a good quality stand out product for giveaway

Goods never arrived...

Was told goods despatched on 16th September. Needed for a company training event, as a start-up business even more important to make a good impression. As of Saturday 24th absolutely no contact or delivery at all - and needed them for Monday morning. Not happy at all. Will never use again.

We can see in our system that the order was shipped one day early, on the 15th, and the tracking details is showing that the order was delivered to the address given by you on Wednesday 21st of September.

not the best at customer service

Overall igo seemed uninterested in speaking to me and instead directed me to the website with any product questions i had. when my order was delayed by over a week i was given a response from igo in another country as the london office was "understaffed" who could not offer an explanation as to why the order was delayed. the proof of print digital concept was also over 5 days later than originally offered times on the website (6-8 working hours).

As an ecommerce company our predicted delivery times is always based on the delivery times to UK that we get from the different suppliers. Unfortunately, every now and then we experience delays in the graphical department, production, with stock coming in from Asia etc. and don’t get the information until after our customers have approved the proof and end up informing later than we would like to, just like we did in your case. We are continuously working on improving our service levels, as well as to ensure the communications flow from the production facilities to the end customer.

We hope that you will order from us again next time you are about to purchase your promotional items, so you can experience that the delays you’ve experienced is not our standard procedure.

I would not work with this company again.

Lack of technical information when requested, patronising sales team, dreadful customer support and on top of that the product delivered a week late (missing the deadline) with no apology or warning. I would not work with this company again.

Swizzers - watch out, you will pay more than you expect

Got a quote from the website. When I start to order hidden additional costs get added on. When I finally go ahead with the order suddenly the quote which said it was including vat is now the ex vat price.

When looking into your order, I can see that the price in the approved order confirmation is identical to the price shown for the same print option and size on our webpage. When you placed the order on our webpage and you chose the smallest print option available. After receiving the first print proof and order confirmation, we have changed the print to be the biggest option possible upon your request. After this you received a new print proof as well as an updated order confirmation with the new print size and the updated price. When sending the documents to our customers, we highlight the importance of reviewing all details in both the print proof and the confirmation.

We are sorry that this hasn’t been clear enough, and we will be looking into the possibility of amending it to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

Products are fine but...

Products are fine. Zero communications after goods paid for though. Can't get thro' on the phone...no replies to emails. Online chat now always unavailable. And when i finally did get thro' on the phone...promises to call back did not materialise. Shame as when i was researching for a company to provide merch....the attention was spot on.

Incomplete order received

After waiting a long time for my order to be delivered it was very disappointing to find that the item is incomplete. Am now very worried whether this issue would be rectified before my event. I have no backup plan as I totally relied on IGO promo.
Am not happy at all

Bad communication and order late

Bad communication and order late. They didn't note the address correctly either. When you ring your call is forwarded to France. They didn't want to talk just said 'email us' which I did and got pretty much the same response. Swerve.

We have also shipped to the address you have registered on the online order. The delivery time is unfortunately a bit longer than the normal 2-4 working days. The reason for this is that your order contains hazardous goods and it takes longer time for the goods to get through customs clearance. As promised, I will update you as soon as I have more information.

Too much reliance on sub-contractors

After sales were really good in a solution and communication so updated review to 3 stars (supplier shipping policies and quality would still need to be reviewed by IGO in my humble opinion)
*** Original review *** They say you get what you pay for (order IGU046268). Sadly, I paid a lot of money for the frosted finish cups (550ml) and got poor value for money. Payment & Design approval were ok. ** Tracking number was not provided. My first request for tracking was ignored, I had to send a reminder and was promised a tracking number but still the box arrived before tracking was provided ** The state in which glasses arrived was SHOCKING. 500 glasses were squeezed in the smallest possible box possible, with no padding/wrap, the box was torn in 2 places and you could see some glasses were broken. Staked glasses were so harshly squeezed and thrown around that we had difficulty separating them. Glasses were dirty as the result of the torn box should there not have been so much packing tape would have fallen out during transportation. In total 23 out 500 were cracked, I had to wash remaining ones by hand to take off the dirt and further 11 glasses have such a sharp edge that you can cut a lip or a tongue on it. *** I requested a partial refund or replacement which I believe is reasonable but sales keep telling me THEY need to sort it out with THEIR supplier. I politely pointed out that I have no contract with THEIR supplier but with IGO, I don't need to be involved in IGO's matters with their supplier. I offered to return not fit for purpose glasses to their supplier if they provide a prepaid label. Instead, I am being asked to send more photos of the broken glasses and the matter just stretches on. **** This is absolutely shocking service and the quality of glasses is not exactly satisfactory. ***** I would not recommend this service or glasses.

As the glasses were not printed by us, but our supplier, they will need to complete their internal investigation and we will then be able to resolve this complaint with you.
