Misrepresentation of delivery timing.
My order was supposed be delivered on 9 May. It wasn't even close to being delivered by the date I was promised. It did eventually turn up but way after I needed them. Now they are stuck at a venue in London and I have to figure out how to get them to my next event. Completely useless.

Currently our production times are longer than usual due to overall increase in order levels, and this affects majority of our customer at this moment, that being said we understand the inconvenience it has caused.
We are currently in the process of finalizing a suitable compensation for the delays and have attempted to contact you, however, were not able to reach you and are continuing the conversation via email. We will do our best to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
In regards to the address, as we have also mentioned in one of our latest email correspondence, the delivery address was specifically requested by yourself which is why the order was dispatched to London.
Once again we would like to apologise for the delays and inconvenience caused and hopefully we will be able to resolve this shortly.

Ordered 225 notebooks in 3 different colours. Delivery was fast and all 3 colours arrived together which was handy. Notebooks are probably better quality than I was expecting. No complaints here.

Totally unreliable and Awful service -
I had purchased an order of 100 printed bottles, on the assumption and promise that my order would be completed in time for my employee conference. The quote that I received on email, even gave assurance that the delivery would be with one day to spare.
Once the order was processed and I received an update the date had changed to after my event.
I called and spoke with someone in the sales team, who promised to look into and see what he could do, he promised to call me back in half an hour.
No call back that day so I emailed then, and got a standard response.
I called again, and spoke to the same sales rep, who said he wasn't sure they could meet our deadline because of covid but would review again, and promised to email confirmation of either delivery or refund.
No email, received so I called again, only to be told ah yeah, sorry, like I said, were not going to be able to do it.
Needless to say, the whole situation has been a disaster, and the service has been awful. I now have an event with no product, frustratingly, had they have not mislead me on their ability to deliver on time, I could probably have found a different supplier.
My advice - avoid this company at all costs.

We are sorry that you had this experience.
You purchased 100 printed bottles for your employee conference and were provided with a standardised ‘’expected delivery’’ date when you completed the order on our webpage. This is not a confirming delivery date, but an estimation, and cannot be taken word for word as it's dependent on when the proofs are approved, payment made, etc. The dispatch date was then confirmed as the 26th with delivery being between 27-30th.
After your request, we did contact our supplier to investigate if the order could be fast-tracked. Unfortunately, a covid outbreak affecting a significant part of our suppliers printing facility causing overall delay, made this impossible.
We understand the concern and frustration in this case, but unfortunately it was out of our hands to get the order out faster than normal.
The order was cancelled, and all money released back to your card as soon as the cancellation was processed by our supplier.

Swift and helpful service
After trawling through bulk glass engraved on the internet I was drawn to igo due to their competitive prices and range. After emailing the team I was helped and advised. I had quite a short delivery date needed and they managed to do it 3 days earlier! Amazing company. Will use them again.
