Excellent selection, Superb customer service
Excellent selection, clearly laid out on the interactive website. It was great to see a good range of products with a wide range of pricing for every budget. I was able to upload my Logo and see it on the product I selected before I committed to placing my order.
There is a live in-app chat option which was very helpful as I was chatting with a person & not a chatbot.
I was very impressed with the customer service as I received a phone call when my order was ready to be shipped as I mentioned that I needed this order urgently for an event. The call was to reassure me that my order was ready and had been shipped and told me when to expect it! I will definitely use this supplier again!
