Can’t fault the Igrow it did work but just very slowly. On the plus side I’m one year on from a hair transplant in turkey and the Igrow worked great on stimulating the growth of the newly transplanted follicles during the recovery process
I bought mine in believe in 2015 at Bed bath and beyond. I had just been diagnosed with PCOS. As some with it would know that because my testosterone levels can sometimes be elevated, it has led to my hair falling out much sooner than I expected. To the point of seeing bald spots when I would comb back my hair. At the time I used it consistently and did see a major change. I stopped seeing those bald spots and my hair was much fuller.
Fastforward, I dropped out of my routine. Looking back on it, I wish I hadn't. I was doing well for a long while, but then my hair went back to falling out in chunks. I went through a lot, like getting married and moving boxes of stuff. I decided to dig it out of my storage room. I have been using it almost daily for about 2 months now and I am so pleased to find that it is just as effective today as it was for me 5 years ago. I already see less fallout and my hair is much fuller now. And i have baby hairs growing back in my front hairline again.
To stay faithful to my routine, I have plugged my helmet near my favorite chair when watching tv or surfing the internet. Like many reviewers I also have experienced discomfort with the 2 front pegs. I found out that I was wearing it wrong. I extended my earpads out about 2 lines and found that it released much of the tension and weight that I feel when I wear it tighter. So if it bothers you, it is probably on too tight.
Along with this review I have 2 questions that come to mind. 1.Overtime I fear that the red lights will stop functioning. Like a light burning out. Is this possible?
2. I have only used the female baldness function, but would there be a benefit to using the male function?
Let them two emails, no response. Called and talked with a rep who transferred me to a customer service rep. Which I had to leave a voice mail for her to call me back. Left the phone number twice for clarity. No call back, Go figure!! This company is sad.....

I have been using igrow for more than a year and while I do not see any improvement I also do not see my hair getting any worse. I believe that the use of the igrow is helping me maintain my my current hair. I only wish that I started using the unit earlier when I had more hair. My only issue is that my ear pads are beginning to wear out. I do not see replacement parts or recommend alternative replacement pads on the igrow site so that I can replace them.

I have read some comments where customers mention using shampoo and conditioner. Was I suppose to receive this with my helmet purchase? I received only shampoo, no conditioner.

Have just brought this two weeks ago for my dad I had sent them multiple emails in the last two weeks in regards to activating the guarantee no one has bothered to reply.
The service is terrible and I doubt that they will even accept the return of this does not work as they don't even bother to reply to emails. I would not trust them now.
(Follow up on the reply below on the 19/7/17 I sent an email mail to you on the email address you have provided and have not received any response back from you either.) proof that this customer do not care about no after service once you purchased there goods.
Now I'm not exactly going to leave my email address or phone number here am I? It's funny that you're not receiving any emails from 2 different email addresses which I have used to contact you.
8months later still No reply from them on this at all. Save your money don’t buy it doesn’t even work.

I got a quick autoreply with my ordernumber and confirmation..
Since i made my order there have been radio silence..
I have called several times but it goes on a answer machine and even sent an email to get status on delivery to: scientificaesthetics and daniel johns at boottechnologies
But I am still waiting for an reply and my product to be shipped.

Using the grow for 2 weeks now... So far my hair is still shedding but i realise it is a short period of time to expect results. I was thinking of using the helmet every night. Or 2 treatments a night? Would this be counter productive in anyway? Can you have too much lilt? Thanks

First, let me start by saying I bought my IGrow system back in 2011. I used it diligently 3xs a week and WOW. It really changed the thickness and texture of my individual strands. It also helped dormant follicles come back and my thinning spots went away. Truly helped bring my self confidence back in my life. Once my hair got strong I did extensions for awhile and then I was pregnant so my hair was awesome for a few years! Now that my baby is 3yrs old and I'm 45 my hair has gotten thin again. So I brought out my IGrow out of the closet to get my hair back. The only problem was it kept shorting out. It wouldn't stay on. So I called the company hoping for a replacement box that I would of had no problem paying for. Since it had been over 6 years since I bought it. Well, I gotta say this company probably has the best customer service I have ever experienced. First, I spoke to Jonathan the owner a funny very personable guy who told me to call back on the next business day to get things sorted. When I did and explained to Melody what it was doing she told me, it was a wire in the helmut. So she told me to send back my 6 yr old helmut and she would replace it with a new one for FREE! I was astounded! This company and their people truly stand behind their products and their just amazing and kind. If I still lived in California I would beg for a job. If more companies in the world were ran like this, it would be a much better place. Thank you again IGROW for not only a great product, but for you😃
I have used the product every other day for almost a year and have seen no results and wasn't able to use the six months return policy, since I went on an extended vacation after purchase. I sure had my hopes up for this unit but it didn't work for me and if anybody wants to buy it I'm willing to sell it for a reasonable price.
Update**** Jonathon Graff from Igrow contacted me after my first review and they took back my helmet, even though it was over six months since I bought it. They refunded me most of my money and I'm so surprise that a company would even do that for their customers now days. This was a shocker and a wonderful surprise. Thanks Jonathan

I have used the Igrow for almost 2 years now and have seen some results. The rubber nodules hurt my head but I seem to have come up with a solution to that. I am curious if a woman can use the male options since I believe I have more male pattern than female pattern.
A while ago I complained of scalp tenderness and aggravated hair loss after just starting to use my iGrow.
I'm very happy to say that it was only that one day, it never recurred, and my hair has definitively started feeling fuller and healthier, and I am, without a doubt, losing less hair than before. Thank you for your immediate help back then, I'm very happy with the product!!

I had big hopes when I bought my igrow, I was aware that there was no guarantee that it would work but I thought it was worth a shot…Unfortunately it didn’t work for me!
Used it every 2/3 days for 6 months but didn’t see any results, I called the customer service to return it and the lady I spoke to was very nice, she offered me an extra 6 months money back guarantee to give it a try for a whole year. I am now at 16 months and still nothing..
I’m not saying that it’s a bad product or that it never works, it just didn’t pay out in my case. Looking now for other solutions..
I starting using I grow in Feb 2015, it took a few months but I did see hair growth. I also use a shampoo and conditioner and it speeds up the results. I bought the igrow at a hair institute. Can't be happier. I had female pattern baldness. Thanks igrow
