I'm a 34 yrs "young" woman & I'm struggling with not only my hair starting to dramatically thin but it has seem to age 15 yrs over night! It's become dry and fragile, with lots of split ends. The thinning is the worst though & I seem to not have a women's receding hairline but a man's patteren to make things worse! :(
In the last 9 months my hair has thinned so much that I no longer feel like myself.
My whole life I've had extremely long, long hair that reaches all the way down to my hips & it has always been extremely thick. My hair has My mom also had thick, thick, LONG hair, all the way down to her calfs, yes her calfs, her whole life. To sum things up, all women in my family including my 2 girls have long thick hair & so loosing my hair has been extremely tramatic! There is NO history of hairloss or thinning of any kind in my family so why am I loosing my hair? I have gone to several doctors, had blood work done, hormones checked etc & still no answers & no solutions. I've tried everything I could get my hands on, shampoos, vitamins, creams etc & nothing has worked!

I would of gave my igrow 5 stars but the little adjustable rubble nodules that sit on the head & that the helmet is attached to really hurt my head. By the time I'm half way through my session my head starts to really hurt where those nodules sit. I do wish it were more comfortable but results are already so good I'll deal with the discomfort in exchange for thicker, healthier hair! :)

I have a question about the light going on and off , is this correct? I cannot find any information in book on this.
Also my cable cord does not fit my IPhone
It is to large for my iPhone outlet.

If this thing worked, why are people still having hair transplants and why is rogaine still on the market. Rogaine actually did work for me after applying it non-stop twice a day after four months. However, the hassle and greasy hair was too much to bear and I quit using it. The Igrow Helmet is a waste of money. My recommendation: Just get a short hair cut like the Transporter guy or shave your head and forget it. Or Just wear a hat. It is much cheaper!

As a scientist, I was very skeptical about the technology. However, the multiple randomized controlled trials done independently convinced me. Since using the iGrow, I've noticed almost no hair falling out, a big change from before. It's still less than the 60 days, but I'm convinced of the science and find the unit easy to use at my desk. I still feel silly-looking with it on, but the unit is comfortable, doesn't disturb my work, and all my co-workers now want to use it.

Our igrow helmet had technical problems after warranty, but Apira customer service exceeded my highest expectations. In the most complimentary manner meant, Apira Science Inc. is a ‘dinosaur’… that is to say, a genuine throwback to when companies actually cared about their customers and reputation. What use to be normal customer service is all but extinct in this day and age - yet alive and well with them!. I am deeply impressed – and very grateful for how professionally and courteously they handled our issue.
After using the laser comb for five years I was noticing that my shoulders were hurting when I used it. I had considered getting the igrow for a few years but had already put money into the laser comb. I decided to go ahead and purchase the igrow in April of 2015. I couldn't be happier with it. The hands free design, the choice of programs and the combination of lights and lasers make this a superior product. My hair is stronger and does not come out when I style it. If I have questions, customer service is very helpful. I highly recommend the igrow helmet.
I can review only customer service at this point, as I have used the igrow helmet for only a week and therefore don't know if it yields the promised results. I called igrow directly when I had trouble locating one that I could buy and start using within 3 days. The person with whom I spoke not only gave me a lot of helpful information about igrow but also went out of his way to find a distributor who had one in stock and who could mail it to me right away. I was also offered a significant discount.
The helmet does look well-made of high quality materials. Note: the music feature cannot be used with a recent iPhone; the cable is outdated.

iGrow has an excellent staff and they answer all your questions regarding their products. They are quick to respond to emails or phone messages. They encourage feedback during use of their products and stand behind their excellent warranty. I'm not expecting miracles but some people have posted positive hair growth results after months of use and I'm hoping that will be the case for me. I will post more about iGrow after considerable time and evaluation.
After using Theradome LH80 PRO for over 10 months without any positive result, I found igrow. I purchased igrow, and now using it. Like its competitor, this product needs time to prove its claimed benefit for people who are losing their hairs. I am sure that both products work for some and fail to work for others.
Put technology aside, the major difference is that igrow has MONEY BACK GUARANTY ( I assume it must be purchased from igrow directly) and Theradome does not. period ( I confirmed). Wearing a heavy Theradome LH80 PRO( yes, you are wearing a battery pack as well) for over 10 months was not fun and the company does not stand behind its product when it fails to work. Again, let's cut marketing statistic bs, I understand that it may work for some, but you don't see a dime coming back for those who believed the product but do not benefit from it.
Conclusion is that igrow understands its product may not work for some and is willing to give money back to its consumers ( minus shipping and re-stocking fee). Theradome, on the other hand, just keep its silence and money. Because both products need time and discipline to find result, igrow is a better choice over Theradome for the first try and hope it works the first time.

I have been an avid user of the Igrow for 4+ years now. I am still using the same Igrow. It has been rock solid and the only signs of wear are on the ear wraps (of the earphones) and I think that is due to using it for so many years. I use it 3-4 times/week, other than when I travel for work, and it has been fantastic for me. I still continue to see new hair growth, but to me, most importantly, it is helping me to keep the hair that I have. I have used the “-gaine” products, but those can get expensive and have some side effects. I don’t have any side effects with the Igrow and I love the fact that it is hands free. Prior to the Igrow, I was visiting a medical spa for low level light therapy hair treatments. The fact that I could use the Igrow at home was a much more cost-effective and convenient way of getting treated. Thank you Apira for such a fantastic product.
Let's just start by saying I don't believe pretty much anything I read about products that claim to reverse/change "nature." I am insanely excited to say that the iGrow has completely changed my opinion, and for that, I could not be happier. I seem to have tried everything...Pills, gels, lotions, and witch doctors (kidding). This truly was my miracle in a box. Painless, hands-free, and super easy to use. Can't vouch for success on results before few months of usage.
