I believe I spoke to Leslie with…

I believe I spoke to Leslie with questions about my account. She was personable and knowledgeable about IGS. She took the time to explain my Gas and Electric bills and what they mean. She helped me get a lower rate on my electricity account. She is probably a reason I stayed with IGS. Thank You Leslie from Georgia. Go Dawgs!!!!

Good staff

Their reminders are always timely

Their reminders are always timely. The call center staff is friendly and efficient. I always request for someone who speaks Spanish.

I was approached at my home by your…

I was approached at my home by your agent, he told me that I need to activate a fixed rate protection for my natural gas plan, otherwise Duke energy will fluctuate the rate, so I signed the form and it appears lately that I was actually signing for gas supplier switch! This is an inappropriate manner to gain new customer. I will never open my door again!!!

The customer service rep was easy to talk with and well acquainted with the company products. He believes in what he promotes and tends to convey trustworthiness, which is absolutely needed when I'm making decisions about what services I need, and how I'm going to spend money.
