I love the watch—high quality and a great value—and Iguana Sell customer service representatives I worked with were awesome. They answered all my questions and they really care about their customers.

So, this may have a uk website but is a Spanish? company. So, if you do have any problems buying an expensive watch you should really take that fact into consideration ...how do you go to a small claims court for example?

So, I checked out their website and in response to a discount code i was promised filled in my details. I did receive a code. However....the watch i was looking at they stated had been cut from £700 ish to £500 ish and so they stated as it was discounted i couldnt use their discount code. Hold on,
1. I exchanged my details in the knowledge of probably being bombarded with emails from them selling stuff but in exchange for that i cant use their discount code
2. The price they are charging discounted they say from £700ish to £500ish is actualy the same and in some cases still more expensive than other UK yes UK sellers......so this begs the question are you getting any discount at all?

As a consumer I have a risk assessment if you like to make on buying from the internet ...why should I buy from a foriegn website with the potential problems especialy when UK companies and less risk are cheaper?!?

I have come away from this company thinking they have "discounted" already inflated prices to attract unwary customers then when you fill your details in you cant get the discount you thought...

It all leaves a rather bad taste in the mouth.

I contacted Iguana Sell via email with a couple of questions, I received a very prompt, friendly and professional response to my questions.
I received accurate tracking information and my purchase arrived before it’s due date (less than a week), all the way to Australia.

I am extremely happy with my watch, it’s exactly as advertised and what I was looking for and at a great price.

The choice on their site (pens as far as I'm concerned) is easy and the information precise and reliable. The Customer Service (Mònica in particular) is very reactive and helpful. The deliveries by FEDEX have so far been fast and very efficient.

Brilliant people to deal with. They offer quality products at competitive prices and keep you informed at every stage of the purchase process. I ordered a Ball Engineer Rainbow watch on a Friday and it arrived the next Monday. Superb watch and superb service. Unreservedly recommend them.

After paying over $1000 on a DuPont lighter which they told me is in stock, they said they have to order it from the manufacturer but refused to tell me the lead time. They tried to get me accept a substitute and I refused. They stopped communicating with me. I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Terrible experience.

The Montblanc 149-Flex-M is exceptional for cursive writing. Iguana Sell was very attentive to customers. The shipment was promptly executed with FedEx once it was available from the maker. Iguana was very helpful in US custom TSCA cert submission and post shipment email follow-up.

"Chosen after a lot of research into 35-38mm diver-style watches as my new 'daily wearer' - also considered included similar-sized models from Longines, Alpina, Breitling and others. Iguanasell offered a better price/delivery for this piece compared to UK and German Eterna stockists. Eterna's own website only has one image of this watch and finding others elsewhere on the net proved to be fruitless. Fortunately, Iguanasell have been able to take additional images when they received 'my' order from Eterna before sending it on to me in the UK. The quality of the watch is as good as I expected from Eterna - overall it's nicely finished and the rotating bezel has positive action with no freeplay, unlike some pricier TAG I also looked at. Very happy so far and I can only hope it remains reliable."

I ordered a Montblanc 149 Flex and though it took a while to be delivered because of manufacturer delivery delays, it did arrive promptly once I received the shipping notification. I did interact with customer service on several occasions and they were always helpful and gracious.

I wish there was a zero star available for this dodgy company.
They tell you they will deliver your order within 2 working days (stated on their website), but they don't! When you call them, their customer service is so rude and instead of saying they are sorry or they will resolve their issue, they keep giving you nonsense excuses.
Avoid at all costs. There should be a reason that their products are way cheaper than any other sellers on the market.

Iguana sell top quality pens. More importantly they provide 5 Star service. Responses are super quick. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Buy with confidence from a genuine seller who puts their customer first.

Great watch! Band has dive extender for wet suit use. Green is jade in color an it pops. At this price it a fantastic watch. I collect dive watches and have the blue version for about 3 years. Both keep perfect time. The crown does not bite your hand. The bezel is easy to grab. Very happy with the purchase and seller as the watch was on my wrist three days after purchase.

Seen this watch on a promotional video looked it up an it was rather expensive. Couple of days later seen it on Iguana site at a reasonable price, I was a bit concerned because they were a Spanish company with delivery and of course getting through customs. Anyway decided I'd buy it when ordering I had another £20 off . Anyway ordered it on the Thursday by the Monday it arrived, between Iguana and the courier they used it was a brilliant service, I was kept informed of the watches journey, and on the Monday I was told it would be here by 12-00 which it was . They sent me a map of exactly where the delivery vehicle was can't fault it at all. I've known orders in Britain take longer what a service, and after service can't fault them and would definitely use them again. The watch it self is really good and well worth the money which was a considerable less than a lot of other sites.

So pleased with the experience and the customer service that I couldn’t resist to buy again.
Delivery is done in best condition and in express mode. Full trust. Fantastic.

One of the best, if not the best, European online shop to buy pen from Japan, Italy or Germany. Even some rare gems, with very attractive prices, are sometimes available. Very kind and informative staff :-)

My go to place to buy fountain pens; Iguanasell service is exceptional. The pen is stunning, and a pleasure to write with. I ordered fine and it writes effortlessly with some feedback. Converter takes a bit of getting used (and email to Iguanasell re this was answered by return with explanatory video) but overall highly delighted with purchase and once again fabulous service."

I waited 4 weeks for my order and got fobbed off with delivery problems. I am still waiting and have asked for a full refund which I am also waiting for. I would not recommend

I'm more than pleased after my purchase of a Capless Pilot from Iguana Sell.
Customer service was very responsive, caring and professional. We exchanged in Spanish and French.
