A pleasant purchase experience.

After tirelessly looking around the web for a nice and fancy fountain pen to help draft repetitive reports, I came across Iguana.

Amazed by the wide selection of quality Italian fountain pens and saw the one I was after.

I recall mixing my order up and purchasing the wrong pen, I emailed over the weekend and called on Monday. They offered to amend order and pay the difference.

A quick delivery after ordering, the correct pen arrived and most pleased with it.

As a result, of the good service and value, I ordered my section of inks from Iguana.

Stunning watch. Love the strap upgrade over my previous JP2000 which was a touch on the stiff side whereas this one is really soft. Beautiful full face lume as well. Love it. Really fast delivery as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM IGUANA SELL AT ALL COSTS! I took delivery on a watch which was 100% pre owned. The watch came without a manual, screen protector and a tag. The watch came in a plastic box (not the original I have since purchased the same watch from a respectable seller) so it obviously bounced around in transit! The watch came with multiple scratches and signed of use so I sent it back. Now they refuse to refund me as the watch is damaged! The whole reason I’m sending the watch back is because it came damaged! I’m so upset about this situation. I even rang them one 3 separate occasions before sending the item back to explain my situation and they were fine with it. As soon as they received the watch they started playing up. JUST PAY £10/£20 more and buy from a reputable dealer - trust me these scum bags aren’t worth the hassle.

Recent MB 149C order

Customer service very responsive when I first inquired about the availability of this pen. It was shipped immediately upon ordering, and arrived to an overseas location quickly. The packaging was great, and the pen performs as expected. This was an entirely excellent purchase and experience.

"I wasn't sure of buying ooutside of UK as this is a bummer when it comes to post Brexit. Many site have a *.co.uk and end up still having to pay for custom and vat when the source company is outside of U.K.. I called the number and Iguana picked up the phone. The company is based in Spain was so was expecting a spainsih accent. The girl/lady answer my question on whether the item was in stock, when it will be shipped and how long (same day and within 48hrs) and will I have to paid custom and duty - No as its all covered. They used Fedex, which I have negative expereince with (but hey, depending what area you live in the world, all these shipping conmpanies will have issues at some point). Fedex actually got delayed, courier though natrually, but it was arrived one day later. The Viconti Van Gogh was create with serial no. checking out where it should be and was perfect as I expect, packaging no issues. During my reserach before buying, while the site can look a bit simple (its just thier choice of design), this site was recommmend by pen community sites and verdict was some Pens you can get great discount, but some other models can be priced higher than compeitions, which makes sense to most legit onlines store. Will likely buy another Visconti going foward. Brill. 4/5 1st time experince. Will go for 5/5 in my next pruchase if no hitch."

Thank you very much for the wonderful service and communication throughout. The pen itself (sailor black hole) was lovely - really captured the black hole theme along with the subtle fleck detailing. However, the music nib was not quite right for me - but I will purchase again from you once deciding on my next pen and nib combination.

Excellent service. My watch came from Spain to Australia in 6 days. Fantastic communication as well. Would certainly purchase from them again.

They allowed me to purchase an item advertised as in stock on their website. I paid in full. 60 minutes later I received an email saying the item is out of stock and will take 40 days until it is ready.

Still havnt heard back from them regarding a refund.

The refund, which happened as a result of my banks involvement did not take place on the same. In addition, the watch didnt and still doesnt say it is out of stock. I can prove with screenshots if you require support with this very simple check. Thank you for your delayed response.
