Iguana Sell Reviews 

My wife bought me a Montegrappa pen for Christmas. The ordering experience was fine and it arrived mid December. On opening the box on Christmas day the crown fell out the top of the pen. My wife was mortified and e-mailed the company straight away. They promptly responded suggesting we take the pen to Harrods for repair and send them the bill. We refused given it was a brand new pen and simply wanted a replacement from Iguana Sell who we purchased the pen from. We were eventually able to return the pen on the thrid attempt when it was collected from the house and subsequently recieved confirmation it had been recieved. A couple of days later my wife chased to see if the replacement pen had been dispatched. The response from Iguana Sell was that they had received the pen, papers and box but apparently the tiny crown (broken part) was missing. We assured them it was in the box and asked them to check again as we had taken photos of it when packing it for return. They responded with confirmation of their rigorous checking procedures and that it was missing. They were therefore not prepared to send a new pen out until we send them the crown (which was already sent). So, they are now offering to send the original faulty pen back which is absolutely ridiculous. In amongst this they also said we would have to pay for postage for the replacement pen! It feels like a total scam and we are in stand off. I have raised a dispute via Paypal but please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY FROM IGUANA SELL. I will make sure I share this with my network on Linkedin to avoid others being disappointed. Their customer service is awful. It's now the 19th January and no Christmas present but instead a headache and potential loss of money. Please spread the word of caution as there are many expensive items being sold and several similar experiences which are sub-optimal.

Claudia who I spoke to was so helpful, while I waited she went and photographed the item and sent me the picture. Query sorted and I ordered the watch.

There was a problem with the courier (Scammers!) NOT the couriers

Everything sorted and the watch arrived, PERFECT!

Great purchase all the way around, I was extremly impressed. The Ball Engineer III Marvelite I purchased arrived in New condition with all boxes, manuals and warranty cards.
At first I was hesitant to purchase from Iguana, since I have never heard of them or known anyone who has purchased a watch; but the price of the Ball Engineer III Marvelite was great and having all shipping and taxes covered was unbelievable. To my delighted surprise, this was actually the smoothest watch purchases I have ever made online.
Delivery was fast (Spain to USA) and all import taxes and fees were covered.
I will be purchasing all my future watches from Iguana. I currently have my eye on the Alpina Alpiner Extreme, as soon as the black arrives I shall return and if it goes as smooth again I will leave another review for the Iguana team.

The ideal/idyll luxe pen made real

The Aurora Talentum Big is exactly that. Big. I love my luxury pens, and the great Brands that make them. But really most top manufacturers top tier models are too small or if not, the larger models are too pricey. Not the Talentum. It is much bigger than the Optima, yet takes all the nib units of its pricer smaller sibling. I love the modern design of the Talentum and though it is cartridge convertor, not a piston-filler, that is perfect. Easy to clean and much easier to switch between inks. The quality is what you'd expect from a top-tier brand such as Aurora, and the first-buyer unboxing experience is on par with all that Aurora offers. No shortcuts here. I own three Tanlentums and love the weight, balance, and aesthetic. I am looking to get my next Talentum from IguanaSell soon
