Listed on their website was a Montblanc fountain pen that I was interested in. It was listed a "Pre-Order" I called and after asking how long to be filled -their was 5-6 months; however, if they are unable to get one, no refund only store credit. Be advised. She dodged the question 4-5 times.

Disappointing online shopping experience. I ordered a pair of S.T. Dupont cufflinks on Iguana Sell’s website in December 2023. While the order was placed, I received an email saying that the item was not in stock and that it would be shipped in around 30-40 days. I was surprised to learn that the item was unavailable since November 2023 and still listed on the website, but I decided to wait anyway. After 40 days, I followed up with the seller to know the status of my order. They were unable to give me any information. This went on for another couple of months until I decided to cancel my order last week. I was fortunate to find the same cufflinks on S.T. Dupont’s website the next day and received the item even before getting the refund from Iguana Sell. Overall, very poor online shopping and customer experience.

"I have recently purchased the new Art Series Pelikan Glauco Cambon. It is a stunning pen with a new finish on the barrel creating a shimmering effect and the price on Iguana Sell was very competitive. The service from Iguana sell was also fantastic. The first pen I received had a scratchy nib and Iguanasell arranged for a replacement with a much better nib, the whole process took less than a week so I am very pleased with pen and Iguana Sell. I will be looking to make purchases from them in future."

Living as I do in Bulgaria, it's sometimes difficult to source quality items. This company supplies an excellent, well-packaged product exactly as described.

My husband has peculiar taste in watches. He wanted a specific watch, they had it. They informed me that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to have it for Christmas but they would try. Amazing costumer service, they listen and reply accordingly. We received the watch right before Christmas. They even messaged to explain my husband would have his Christmas present. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. All companies should be like this.

I ordered a beautiful Nakaya fountain pen via Iguana Sell online (I'm in the UK) and had an excellent experience with the team. The customer service was impeccable with fast and courteous responses both via their Whatsapp service and email from my initial questions to customising my order when the time came.

The pen itself is beautiful, it took sometime due to its being handmade and opting for some personalisation but I was aware of the wait upfront and to be honest it just added to the excitement.

I will certainly be using Iguana Sell again.

I bought a treasure from Iguana Sell. This unique watch is a beautiful tribute to Basquiat and a triumph of Raymond Weil engineering. While deceptively simple at first glance, look closer and see the wonder social messaging that was so descriptive of Basquiat's worldview. A great watch for any collector.
