The Pilot Custom 845 is an excellent fountain pen. I ordered the Fine nib and is indeed very fine, as expected from a Japanese crafted nib.

I bought this watch on the strength of it having the new Miyota 9075 true GMT movement and at the right price. Iguana shipped the watch quickly and the watch looks fantastic and wears really well. Very happy with my purchase and with Iguana Sell.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. It's been six months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. Each time I inquire about the delay, I'm met with the same vague response: "wait more."

This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and transparency regarding delays. The lack of communication and the extended wait time reflect poorly on this company's commitment to its customers.

I strongly caution others against considering this company for their purchases. My six-month ordeal is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability.

In short, I cannot recommend this company based on my frustrating experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable option for your needs.

This is a very special pen. In general, Pilot makes amazing pens and even better nibs. But this model with the two-tone gold nib (fine), and the flawless Urushi lacquer is stunning and makes this one of my most prized pens. I have used this pen all day, every day since its purchase, and in my opinion, it is sheer perfection. It is lighter than you would expect in the hand making it easy to write with for long sessions and I have never been disappointed in How Pilots nibs write. The fine nib is actually more like an extra fine which I prefer. I don’t post my caps, but if you prefer that, Pilot has lined the inside of the cap with a soft felt material so it doesn’t leave marks on the Urushi finish. I have read that it takes 6 months to apply the 3 coats of lacquer on this pen. I am a structural engineering designer and use my pens for sketching designs and writing.

Two last things. I sincerely want to thank Iguana for offering this special pen at an unbelievable price. And I am also very impressed with their speedy, personal customer service and shipping. I live in Seattle Washington, and received my pen in 3 days with free shipping. That is unbelievable in today's marketplace. Companies like this just don’t exist anymore. I am 61 years old, and this entire experience with Iguana has made me feel like life was 5 decades ago, and how truly great companies treated their customers. I am proud to be a customer of their store and look forward to my next purchase.

I ordered an item for my partner's upcoming birthday - I won't say what yet as his birthday is still to happen and he may see this review, but suffice to say that it's gorgeous and I am super pleased. So much so, I ordered one for my son who absolutely loves it.

Found a extraordinary bargain for a watch on their website, I wanted to make sure the price was correct so I sent them an email. A couple of days later I received an email response saying that the price was indeed correct and was the full price for the watch. Great I thought, so I made a purchase there on the spot. 2 days later and I receive an email saying the price was in fact wrong and they won't be honouring the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous your email of verification made me make a purchase. Don't buy from this website they can't honour a sale regardless of them making a mistake. Will not be ordering again. Read the negative reviews.

Lovely watch!

First time customer on iguana from Spain. Ordered a fountain pen and it was packed and sent the same day! It arrived in 3 days from half across Europe, and the pen writes lovely! Will definitely keep my eyes on their products.

Ordered a lighter from their website and received a confirmation email that my purchase went through. Then I received an email saying the item I ordered was not in stock and my options were that I can wait for the item to come back in stock or I can choose another item. They did not give me an option for a refund so I responded saying I’m disappointed that the item seems like it is in stock on their website and I would not have ordered the item had I known it was out of stock. Then I asked for a refund. They came back saying that the website states the item is not in stock and I can choose another item if I don’t want to wait for this item to come back in stock. This is absolutely incorrect nowhere on their site does it say “not in stock” or “unavailable” it just lets you purchase. I stated again I’d like a full refund and they stated that on the website (in small grey letters) it says “check delivery date” and that’s how I was supposed to know the item was not available, yet it lets me add to cart and purchase. This was after they mansplained it to me, like its normal for a website to let you purchase an item that’s not in stock and then make you as the customer seem like an idiot for purchasing it and assuming it was available? Will never buy from them again, the attitude was unnecessary.
