Last December, Carlos organized a tour to Iguazu for 6 of us after finishing a cruise. During the planning he was prompt, informative, and provided great advice to make the tour a success. We were picked up from the cruise terminal in Buenos Aires and taken to the airport to fly up there. Our guide, Guillermo, met us in Puerto Iguazu and for the next 2 1/2 days, provided us with excellent service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional, making our time at the falls the highlight of our overall trip. Again, transportation arrangements coming back to BA and the next day to the BA international airport were on time. Carlos took the time during our tour to check with us a couple of times just to make sure things were going well. A nice personal touch!

Excellent way to see both sides of the Falls for a solo traveler on a short trip. I booked two tours with Carlos at 9pm on the night I arrived in Puerto Iguazu (!!) and within a matter of hours he had my tours organised for the next morning and day after. I am so lucky that Carlos and IguazuFalls.com made it so easy and quick to join a tour! Both tours were small groups with 7 and 4 persons and the guides were punctual with pick up, extremely knowledgeable and had a plan to make sure we saw the best bits with the least crowds (especially since it was summer holidays). Carlos is also extremely responsive and helpful - he took all the stress out of what could have been a logistical nightmare for me. My husband and I recently visited Iguazú Falls (Dec’19). Carlos helped us with all the arrangements - excellent service - arranged every single details, great recommendations and he even checked in with us just before our trip and after.

The whole trip was fantastic - drivers were on time, good tours and very good tour guides (both Brazil and Argentina side, especially the Argentina side) and the hotel was very good too.

We booked a trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls and Rio de Janeiro over Christmas and New Year and Carlos Tinca from igazufalls.com helped us to organise a complicated arrangement of flights, transfers and sightseeing trips to Iguazú Falls and the main sights of Rio. Everything was absolutely perfect, every transfer arrived on time, the trips were well organised with fantastic tour guides, good quality vehicles and safe driving. I honestly can’t fault it! The tours to the Iguazu Falls were amazing. The guides were lovely and really interested in telling us the history and some facts about the falls and the national park. They gave us also enough time to take some photos and to stay in the panoramic points.

What a fantastic time we had in Iguazu thanks to Magui and the team on the ground. Karina our guide was brilliant and knew so much - she showed us nature we would have missed, from the tiniest bees to Toucans in the trees. Julio our driver was also so helpful. The organisation was amazing and I could not recommend enough. Spent three days at the falls and both sides and could have stayed longer just taking in the awesome sight of the falls.

Excellent trip to the Iguazu Falls seeing both the Brazilian and Argentinian sides (worth doing both). Organisation both before and during the trip was great and the proposed itinerary exceeded expectations. Worth taking the time to see the Atlantic Forest as well.

We only had one day to visit Iguazu Falls during our honeymoon stay in Rio so we decided to book our day trip through a local company (IguazuFalls.com) that could organise our whole day for us and who knew the timings well! IguazuFalls.com did not disappoint in helping to make our day very special even though time was limited. They organised our transfers to/from the airport, transfers and guide in Iguazu, full day tour including park entry fees, lunch and safari and boat ride.

What I liked was that we were able to customise our tour to suit our needs/budget, i.e. we could choose which bits of the tour we wanted to proceed with, and was able to organise it all via email from our home in England - a big thank you to Magui and Carlos who helped us with it all. We were given a breakdown of the full price of the day trip which helped us make sure it fitted in with our budget e.g. we chose to book our own flights but still was able to utilise the transfers to/from the airport through IguazuFalls.com. IguazuFalls.com helped to make sure the whole day was hassle free, and Sammy, our guide was very helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a great time and helped us take lots of great photos.

Whilst visiting Iguazu Falls in one day from Rio is quite a lot to do, it is possible, and is just as fabulous as longer trips if you are short on time. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for my husband and I and we have no regrets about any part of the trip - don't get me wrong, we were tired when we got back to Rio, but we have memories that will be with us for a lifetime. You just have to visit the Falls if you can, even in a short amount of time, as they will not disappoint! They are just awesome!

What an amazing trip - completely exceeded our expectations! We were thinking this would be like a Niagara falls type experience, very touristy and tame but the boat trip was incredible, they take you right through the falls so be prepared to get wet! A beautiful place, the tour guides and drivers were all polite and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

The Falls is amazing!! Magui who is agent’ representative who is very helpful and promptly response my email and well-organize my last minute trip. The tour guide is knowledgeable and welcome to answer any questions. I do recommend to visit Iguazu falls with IguazuFalls.com.

I contacted IguazuFalls.Com while researching options for tours around the falls and National Park. Carlos, the contact there, was super patient with our requests and helped us find the best option for us - 1 day tour on the Argentina side of the park.
We had a pick up from our hotel in Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil side), crossed the border and started our day. We were a small group of 5 which was brilliant. Carina, the guide and Maria (an apprentice guide who joined us on the tour) were both very professional and knowledgeable. I've learned so much from them about the protected species of birds and the trees and plants of the Atlantic Rainforest.

Everything ran very smoothly and we had a very pleasant walk to see the 'cataratas' (waterfalls).
Highlight: Gran Aventura ( you take a truck ride in the forest then a boat to the falls and the boat runs very close to the falls so you take a proper shower - el bautismo de las cataratas). Not to miss!

What a wonderful day! We were the only English speakers on the tour and our guide made us feel right at home. She explained the traditions of drinking mate, warned us of the capi bari (which still managed to get into my pocket for a sweet snack), and of course showed us the magnificent Iguazu Falls. Since returning to the USA, we have shared this company with friends who are planning to travel to Argentina.

It’s an amazing trip!
