The facts are as follows:
We did ship the package from Taiwan to Greece. Once a package is shipped, we are supposed to receive the payment. However, in this case, the payment was refunded, and we never received the goods back. Whether the package was lost, or—as you claimed—destroyed by Manila customs, the fact remains: we lost the product and received no payment.
Both Taiwan and Greece allow the legal import and export of airsoft products, but Manila prohibits airsoft entirely. Regardless of what documents are provided, the Manila customs will not release such items. Dear customer, please have some basic knowledge before making accusations.
Furthermore, EMS never informed us that the package would transit through Manila when shipping from Taiwan to Greece. There is no mention of this routing on their public website. This is also a fact. EMS never notified us of any customs hold in Manila, nor did they request any additional documents for clearance. Therefore, your claim that the package was seized in Manila due to missing documentation seems highly questionable—we strongly suspect this was fabricated to support your chargeback request.
Taiwan EMS officially informed us that the package was lost in transit. We have preserved all documentation. As we previously informed you, the standard EMS process requires up to 90 days to trace a missing shipment. You clearly told us you could not wait and that you would file a dispute with your bank in Greece to forcibly retrieve your payment, claiming non-receipt. And that is exactly what you did.
Please be aware that our website explicitly states: if customs seize a shipment, no refund will be provided. Your actions were in clear violation of this policy, which is why your member account was suspended and closed. This is also standard across all international couriers like EMS and UPS—if customs seize or destroy a shipment, compensation is not granted.
You received your refund on July 26, yet you never updated or corrected your review. Where is your sense of fairness and ethics? Could you be just a little more decent?
Whether the refund was initiated by you or enforced by your bank, you forcibly took back your money. But you left behind a false and damaging review. Meanwhile, we lost the goods, and we also bore the cost of international shipping. That is the full truth.
So now ask yourself: who is truly the victim in this situation?
