I love the number of dog toys you offer and at a reasonable price. This allows me to buy them throughout the year to give to a few shelters at Christmas for the dogs who don't find a home for the holi... See more

At iHeartDogs.com, we’re driven by a simple, powerful belief: Every Dog Matters. This philosophy is the heartbeat of our mission, propelling us to create a platform where dogs aren’t just celebrated, they are truly loved and cared for. This is not just an ideology, it’s our promise, our commitment to every single furry friend out there. The genesis of our journey lies in a remarkable bond between a man and a Siberian rescue, Splash. Our founder, Justin Palmer, wasn’t always the dog enthusiast he is today. His past was plagued by severe pet allergies that kept him at bay. Yet, love has the power to rewrite destinies. When he married a dog lover, his path took an unforeseen turn towards an incredible journey that began with the adoption of a 2-year-old Siberian Husky found as a stray in the mountains near their home. Overcoming apprehensions related to allergies, Justin and his wife made a brave decision to bring Splash home. This wasn’t just a step towards becoming dog parents; it marked their evolution into passionate champions for the welfare of every canine companion. From starting a humble Facebook page to launching the iHeartDogs.com platform, Splash’s inspiring story created ripples that touched millions of hearts. And in this journey, we didn’t just build a large community, we created a family of dog lovers committed to making a difference.

I let the dogs out
I loved the sentiment "who let the dogs out". It attracts a lot of attention when I wear it. It is a quality T and true to size. The price was fair, the delivery swift and the benefit to the dogs wonderful.
This is a company with heart...and a great love for dogs
This is a company with heart...and a great love for dogs. Their products are fun for dogs and their people, and they contribute to dogs in need. What could be better than that, well except all of their wonderful stories about rescues. Thank you, iHeartDogs for all that you do.

Fast easy delivery and who doesn't love dogs and/or helping them. And you have quality products. Also, my cocker spaniel, Dante loves your treats.

I liked helping other animals and getting t-shirts. I've also bought other dog rescue items. I just found it difficult to be able to use my "hero credit" each month. To be honest, I was never able to redeem it. It should not be that difficult (only arriving in one email? Why isn't it in the site when we log in?) I've purchased multiple times but not in the past 6 months. I was tired of not being able to access what I was promised each month.

Quality products and fast shipping
I have loved my experiences ordering from this site! Since I am on a tight budget I can’t afford to order often but when I have ordered I have had positive experiences. The orders are shipped quickly and the products are good quality

I was trying to donate for the shep in water and the page at the end would not load. You may be missing lots of donations.
Satisfied with orders and customer service
I have ordered a few times from this company and have always been completely satisfied with what I've gotten the quality the price. I had some billing issues which may have been partially my fault for the confusion. They rapidly responded more than once to my emails and we got everything resolved. I don't know personally what percentage of donations goes directly to rescues, but I do know that you have to spend money to make money when you're in business being in business myself. The more money they make the more money they are able to put towards the cause. I guess if you're not happy that they are a for-profit organization such as Petco and PetSmart that also do good work then maybe try supporting nonprofit or not for profit organizations you might be happier. 🤷♀️

I ordered a sweatshirt from iheartDogs.com and a couple other items. I have to tell you I do not think i am going to get sweatshirts from any other place. Quality, Sizing... WONDERFULL

Only 20% of your donation goes to the charity. They are a for-profit company making money off of your donations. That is awful!
I have ordered many times and they are doing good for the pups!!
I have ordered and donated many times. Their items are cute and good quality. These people really care about dogs. I worry about my donations going to help the dogs with other charities, but not with this one. They truly are here for the dogs!
The products I got from iHeartDogs was…great!
The products I got from iHeartDogs was top quality. I had no issues of any kind. What I want to say most here is that this site is about saving DOGS!!! If I didn't think they were, I wouldn't give them the time of day! They work on behalf of homeless dogs! I'm so grateful to them! They advocate and educate. I can't say enough good about them for the work they do!
Little chaotic for my taste
I placed an order 5 days ago
I placed an order 5 days ago. Nothing has been sent to USPS to be delivered. No one responses to my email. The customer service link no longer exists. I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM at this point. CORRECTION, I did receive an AI response but no real additional information . . . just to be patient.
