Absolutely love love the products but the customer service is very lacking in the policies are a joke!!!

First off I’ve been ordering from I heart raves For over three years now and never have I had to return or exchange anything !!! So I had no idea that they don’t even do exchanges.They only do returns for store credit!!!( if you want to just return it without a store credit they charge you to do so ). So not only do you have to send your item back,then wait for them to get that item,then wait to place another purchase for your item (with the store credit they give you) and wait for it to come in the mail. they make you pay full price or whatever price it is the second time you have to purchase it so if you got a deal on it the first time you don’t get the deal again!!! (also they offered to give me 15% but looked back and the item is still more than I originally paid for it, even with the discount). Like what age do we live in now where you don’t process returns on an all online website is this a joke! So pretty much don’t order here and less you are very sure that you want these items and that they are in your size and you know that they’re going to fit no matter what,because you can’t exchange or you’ll loose money!!! Stupidest S*** I’ve ever seen!

Horrible! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The same problem has happened to me both times I have shopped here. They allow me to purchase an item that is no longer in stock (items say available in the size I chose), wait for almost a week to tell me that the item isn’t in stock, yet ships the rest of the order without confirming with me if I would like the rest of the items still or not. I purchased an outfit, without the pants I did not want the top. They tell me pretty much tough luck, I have to wait for the package to come to me, another week, then have to send it back and process it, another week, then wait for a refund. Don’t waste your time with this mediocre store! :/

The mask care very fast. Packaged very well. The fabric is a soft very breathable fabric. Perfect for concerts!

Ordered a few things now from this website. I've gotten my items usually within 2-3 which is super fast! The quality of everything is pretty nice as well and super comfortable. Can't wait to rock em' at Forest!

I bought a pair of reflective chaps and a mesh 2 piece to go with the chaps, I received my 2 piece no problem, but I ordered them together, so when I received one product and not the other I immediately called iheartraves customer service. The lady on the phone assured me the items were still on there way and had shipped separately even though I told her the tracking number stated both items were shipped together. A couple weeks pass and I see no sign of my chaps in the mail. I call the customer service team again and repeat exactly what I had told the first woman I spoke with. This new woman tells me they have record that I received both the items in the mail a month ago on the same day I called the first time! I was in such shock, I asked if she could just send me the chaps because I desperately still wanted them and she says she can, but then she checks and they’re completely out of stock! Now I have half of an outfit that was completely overpriced anyway and I only ordered because I was anticipating owning the chaps. The customer service team was not willing to help nor seemed apologetic for the mix up. I felt like they did not care about my business, only about getting my almost $50 for a product that was never shipped.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option, I ordered 2 tank tops, I was sent t shirts , I called customer service they said they would re ship...ok but then they sent me t shirts again not only that but 2 with the identical print this time. So they screwed up my order worse the 2nd time. Do not buy from this company obviously they have no clue on what they are doing

Of the 5 things I ordered, 1 thing didn't fit properly. I don't own a printer so it was a HUGE ordeal to get the return label printed. When I talked to the first person about returns, no one mentioned I wouldn't be getting the full amount back. I paid $18.95 originally for said pants and received $13.56 back. Apparently, if you want all your money back, you need to rip a giant hole in them and say they sent you a defective item. All in all, I paid to have the stuff shipped, then I paid to ship it back, just to get shorted money. I just would have had them altered had I known they were going to rip me off.

Look, I love iHeartRaves clothing. As a frequent festival goer, I can say that their clothes are a staple and pretty good quality for the price. I own a lot of their apparel and haven't had any issues with the products.

HOWEVER, their customer service really needs some work. I tried to exchange two items because the sizing was off, but they never sent me a confirmation. When I tried checking in, the lady told me it was because I never sent my items in. But they're supposed to send me a confirmation and a shipping label first!! Then I just asked for a refund instead of an exchange because the sizes I wanted had sold out. She said they'd process in 3-5 days. It's been a month and I still never got my refund or any other word from their service reps.

If you're just ordering with no rush and you know for sure the sizing will work, this place is fine. Their clothes are cute and prices are fair. However, beware if you need any special assistance (i.e. sizing exchange, faster shipping, refunds, etc.) ......

Honestly don't know where to begin. After a 20 thread email and multiple phone calls of my 2 orders never being received and another 1 order of paying extra for Express overnight shipping and not receiving it until a week later...there was really no help by calling, emailing andchatting with customer support. They offered store credit but why would I ever want to buy from a site where its inconsistency and ignored messages are to the point of just regurgitated CRs. I was initially told I'd get a refund and then was told no, but would reship, however these items are now out of stock and I no longer needed them because I bought them for a festival. This issue got escalated to Gabby the manager, but I still never received any response or answers when I called her during business hours. Complete mess.

Ordered two bodysuits for an event and ended up loving the first one I tried on so I returned the second one because I'm very short on cash right now. Long story short, I get an email saying that I received a gift card instead of getting my money back and when I called and asked about it they said it had been stained, which is absolutely ridiculous because I never even tried it on. Extremely upset at how they handled the situation and unfortunately won't be purchasing from this website any more.

I Needed My order fast. So I contacted their customer service and I was helped beyond my expectations. The order came whitin a week and a half and I live in Belgium. I’m also super happy with the products and their quality. The only thing stopping me to buy as much as I want are the shipping fee’s. I had to pay 30 euro and again 30 euro when it came through customs. Of course the cheap prices may make up for it.

I ordered a hat and some face jewels. The hat is very nice quality and exactly what I was looking for and the face jewels are really nice. I qualified for free shipping. Ordered it Wednesday and it was here by Friday!

I was in love with these boots and it was my first time buying off the iheartraves site but it will be my LAST. Beware of the ripoff they try to sway you with on returns for all items. They will sneakily try to charge you ridiculous amounts for their "Prepaid Shipping Label." I had originally paid $53 for these boots and only received a refund for $31, which means their prepaid label ended up costing me 35% of the original purchase price. I WAS going to return to try and get a larger size but after this, I'd much rather take my business elsewhere. If I would've known they would rip me off for so much on the shipping label, I would've taken the package to my local post office and sent it via my own means, and it would not have cost even close to $20, and I buy and sell a lot via ebay and etsy, so I'm no stranger to ridiculous shipping and return costs when I see them. NOT COOL IHEARTRAVES.

I bought an item and then i got an email saying it was shipped. A few days later i get an email asking if i want a refund, a item of equal or æesser value or store credit. I ask them what they're shipping to me then and they tell me that they have cancelled the shipping, even tho i already have tracking number an all. I'm utterly disappointed and frankly also upset. You can't ship stuff and confirm it shipped to only come back later and cancel it. That's not how shipping works.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. first they lost my shipment, then when i inquired about it they told me that multiple items were 'too low of stock' to ship to me. so i told them to reship the items that were 'in stock' and refund me for the ones that weren't being re shipped. it took them 3 days to contact me back, and they asked how i wanted to proceed. i then replied with the exact same thing saying to ship the in stock items. when i got my re-shipment confirmation and invoice they charged me between $3-$15 MORE than i had already paid per item. they took the cost difference from my full refund price.

TERRIBLE customer service, poor communication, and clearly they can't even do simple math.
i have already advised many people to not shop here again, and hopefully more people see my review to save themselves the trouble of ordering form this sorry excuse of a company.

Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid $20 for expedited shipping to assure my delivery would be here before my event and it’s supposed to be 2-3 days, it’s been 4 and my event is tomorrow. I have called their customer service 6 times now and left my name number and email twice and have received absolutely nothing back. Won’t buy from them again, I recommend not purchasing anything through this website.

I ordered two items three months ago. They keep telling me my address is "undeliverable". I assure you, things are delivered here on the daily. Seems like a scam to me. The 5 star reviews are from the company. Whack.

These bad reviews are making me laugh. Iheartraves is the only site I trust buying from. Size is accurate a majority of the time, I have returned many items or switched sizes and had no issues whatsoever, the shipping was fast and easily tracked the whole way, the quality of all of the clothing I got from the site is out of this world and blew my mind when I first ordered from them. Iheartraves is the best rave clothing you will ever buy! Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from getting some of the best clothing you’ll wear!

I received my item and tried it on, it fit but I didn't think it was suited for my body type. I emailed about help for returning and I've had no one get back to me after a few messages so I'm stuck with the item I don't want without getting my money back, money grabbing thieves.
