Great customer service! Offered everything I wanted!

I had an issue with a discount code I was issued not working, so I reached out to the customer service team and Remie was super helpful! She got everything sorted for me, and did so faster than I expected. The outfit I ordered also arrived in great condition and I am so excited to wear it to the Get Freaky!l festival!

Iheartraves customer support team took care of me so quickly and efficiently! I called in because I ordered a few different items and forgot to input a discount code! They emailed me back shortly after I left a voicemail and manually applied my coupon to my order! I can’t wait to receive my items and dance under the stars with all my goodies!

My dog passed away on Friday and I haven’t been working the last few weeks because she was sick and now I’m taking time off to morn her. I reached out to customer service for help on my order and they were extremely understanding and helpful and I appreciate it more than I can express.

Joan was great with assisting me with my order. I was super nervous I wouldn’t get the assistance I needed but Joan was super super helpful!!

I can't explain how amazing my experiences with iHeartRaves have been, especially because I read some things about clothing quality and customer service issues on Reddit. I'll touch on both points in case you are having any doubts yourself. 

Context: It's the summer and my sister and I have a festival we are going to on August 2-4 (2024) and each day has a theme (dark, retro, neon). We needed cool fits and liked the deals on iHeartRaves. We placed an order 1 week before on July 25th and paid the expedited fee to have it sent in 2-3 business days. By Tuesday we noticed the order was sent but not moving quickly and were starting to get worried (we're leaving in two days). I received a call from Remie and she explained there was an issue and it was accidentally sent standard and they couldn’t stop or speed up the package. I explained the situation and dates of the festival and Remie sent out a second order entirely free with expedited shipping and told me if it didn’t get there by the festival I could return both and get a full refund. It got here literally the next day right in time for the festival and I returned the one that was sent standard after the festival with no problems. 

The fits were amazing quality, and the shirts are a lighter material but not see-through (unless you want it to be) which is perfect when it’s getting hot in the sun. The black pants and vest I got were thicker and well-made. It’s also funny because you can see so many people wearing the same stuff off Amazon but you stand out with these fits. Oh also, you can match with whoever you are going with (similar prints for both guys and girls that are different but enough to tell you coordinated a look). 

Long story short, I’ve had an amazing experience with people complimenting us on our looks and also dealing with the customer service here. Remie handles a lot of the calls coming in and she is absolutely amazing and has customer service down to a T. I don’t normally write such a big review but this experience could’ve gone so poorly and it didn’t, making our festival all the more enjoyable. Thanks again Remie and iHeartRaves -  Brandon. Oh, and they gave us a $25 gift card for next time - I will definitely be shopping here again next year and I recommend you try it too :D

Absolute scam. Ordered in June. I never received my package but according to them it wad delivered, so they said they sent out another. Once again, they say it was delivered and it wasn't. The website they sent me to "track the package" is a well known scam site to just say it was delivered. Don't waste your time or money. If you give it a chance use PayPal so you can request refunds.

Ordered from the north of Ireland. Was hesitant due to the reviews here, but I cannot recommend iHeartRaves enough! The two pairs of hot pants arrived within 2 weeks of ordering, both are fantastic quality. Thank you!!✨

Clothes are cheaply made and not what is described in the store/listing. Very unsatisfying!

Fast delivery for my event and the sizing was spot on.

They sell fake Anthony Wang knockoffs. False advertising. I specifically requested a FULL refund with paid shipping, and STILL shipping was deducted. So I paid for shoes that were not real, and still lost money returning them. What a freaking scam. Horrible.

Ordered the get crazy bodysuit, upwards of $50 dollars and the garter belt had a broken strap out of the bag and another broke on the thigh garter a before I could even leave the house. Super poor quality, and not worth the price at all.
It also seems to be impossible to write a review directly on the website, which is just bad customer service.
Been a loyal customer of there’s for two years but not buying from there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a top nearly 3 weeks ago for an event the weekend just gone and it’s still not arrived. I’ve written to iheartraves 3 times and not even had the courtesy of a response.

It is obvious that the items from this website are cheaply made and extremely overpriced. Sunglasses and alien garters came broken and damaged. I don't want to bother returning because all they offer is store credit and you have to pay to return.

I ordered several outfits from them. One I wanted to wear to an event taking place 2 weeks after I placed the order. The order took longer than 2 weeks to get to me, so I didn't even get to wear the outfit I purchased to the event I purchased it for. I reached out to them several times and they were very unhelpful and clearly did not care. Once I finally got the order, one thing I purchased didn't fit. I asked if I could return it and they said yes for store credit and sent me instructions. I followed all instructions, paid for return shipping on the product I already paid for and sent it back to them. Now they claim they didn't get it. So I am out the product that I paid for and shipping times two! I have continued to reach out to them and they will not send my item back, refund my money, or give me store credit. So they have STOLEN from me!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

They said my wife won their GIVEAWAY... Not that she lost the actual giveaway she signed up for and instead was getting a crappy consolation prize for some other giveaway she didn't sign up for, and in which we've since read the terms of and ya she didnt do anything to enter the contest they now claim we won instead. That isn't winning the "GIVEAWAY". Went from excited thinking we were getting these tickets to feeling lied to.

They also said in order to win, the winner needed to comment on this Instagram post and also agree to allow themselves to be tagged if they won, but now they claim a random person they can't tag, is who won but can somehow tag everyone else that didn't actually win. They also claim in the official terms that the ONLY (in all caps) way someone would be notified is through social media so to watch out for being tagged.

The tickets they tried to give us are $25 a piece and in Los Angeles, a show so cheap that they know nobody is flying out for, and honestly even if I still lived in LA would not go 🤣 These are the types of tickets they give away for free on the street just to fill the venue and sell drinks... It's honestly pathetic they would even think someone would be happy to be told they won them, and tag them on social media like a show pony who won the grand prize, when instead the entire thing was a bait and switch, given these facts.

I don't believe for even a second someone actually won these imagine festival tickets that iheartraves advertised. And even if someone did what y'all did by parading my wife around with a generic "you won the giveaway" to "you actually get worthless tickets" is intentionally deceiving, and bad business.

This is the same company as emazing lights. They knowingly sold defective products to get rid of remaining stock then closed down that brand so they could refuse to honor the "lifetime warranty". Everything this brand sells now is readily available on cheap Chinese websites such a a wish and AliExpress for roughly %5 of the cost. DO NOT suport these horrible people.
