I saw someone's results of a direct eyebrow lift and a corner lip lift performed by Dr Ihsan Türkmen. There are noticeable scars, and the patient is understandably feeling very sad and frustrated. The patient also mentioned that she feels like the Dr used her as a guinea pig for a horrible new technique. Clearly, Dr Ihsan Türkmen is Not someone who can be trusted to perform surgery correctly and well.

I had my nose surgery three months ago with Dr. Ihsan, and I’m extremely happy with the result. When I had the surgery, I had no swelling at all, and the staff took such good care of me, and everyone was so kind and professional.

Right now my nose looks so beautiful, exactly the way I wanted it to look. Getting my nose done by Dr. Ihsan was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Thanks to him, my confidence has grown so much and I can breathe much better. I’m truly grateful and so satisfied with Dr. Ihsan.

I had my Rhinoplasty with Dr Turkmen in March, it was very anxiety inducing for me to go to another country for surgery. But Dr Turkmen made me as comfortable as possible and Nadia was very patient and lovely in answering all my questions in a timely manner. I have thick skin so my healing was quite difficult, and my nose was very swollen, but it was completely worth it.
My nose is still healing but it's looking better every day and Nadia and Dr Turkmen are still available to answer any questions I may have

Had my (revision) surgery with Dr Türkmen and I’m very happy with my results. So far (post two months)everything is going well. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Turkmen. I decided to have the surgery performed by Dr. Turkmen after seeing on his instagram the amazing results of the nose surgeries he performed. I came to him with a really serious case, because I had already had two failed surgeries and my nose looked terrible before the surgery performed by Dr Turkmen, but the doctor handled it perfectly and my nose looks really much better now, I only regret that I didn't come to him the first time when I decided to have a nose job.
During the entire process, i.e. consultation, surgery and after the surgery, I felt safe and that I was in good hands. I am very grateful to Dr. Turkmen, I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a nose job. It is now three weeks since I performed my rhinoplasty at Dr. Turkmen and everything feels super good! Still swollen of course but I look forward to seeing the results in a few months.
The whole experience was great and I felt safe and well taken care of from start to finish by Dr. Turkmen. He understood exactly what I was looking for!

As a pharmacist from the UK, my experience with this doctor's nose surgery has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered multiple issues that have left me dissatisfied with the entire process.

Firstly, the doctor's credibility was immediately called into question when he claimed to have a family emergency so he could not see me for the removal of the cast. However his Instagram story was populated with photos of him at a hotel, beach and swimming pool on holiday. This raised concerns about his honesty and commitment to his patients.

Furthermore, the absence of the doctor during the cast removal was unsettling. He sent a random doctor who I had never met before who works for another clinic to remove the cast. For all I knew this man was not a doctor. I chose to book with Dr Turkmen as I was assured he will be there every step of the way. This crucial post-surgery appointment should not have been neglected, as it left me without proper guidance and assurance regarding my recovery.

The most distressing aspect of this experience was the noticeable bump on my nose, which was evident from the photo taken on the operating table. Instead of addressing this issue honestly, I was told it would resolve on its own. This lack of transparency and accountability was deeply concerning.

Additionally, my requests for a revision were met with resistance, and the doctor refused to cover the hospital expenses, suggesting a revision at the clinic. This raises doubts about the safety and compliance of the clinic with EU regulations, further adding to my apprehension.

Moreover, the financial burden placed on me is unfair. Being asked to pay for my flights, hotel, and an extra ticket for a friend to accompany me is unreasonable. I believe these expenses should have been covered by the doctor, especially considering the complications and dissatisfaction I've experienced. I agreed to pay for the hotel and flights as I was desperate but asked for them to cover the transfer costs from the airport to the hotel and also hotel to clinic. This was also declined. This team are terrible with their aftercare.

To make matters worse, the doctor's professionalism was called into question when they scheduled a phone call with me to discuss my dissatisfaction, which they subsequently missed. This lack of punctuality and commitment to communication only exacerbated my frustration.

Overall, my experience with this doctor's nose surgery has been marked by deception, negligence, and financial burden. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and carefully evaluate the risks and costs involved. It’s truly not worth it and I regret it.

Finding a doctor that can truly give you what you’re asking for when it comes to plastic surgery, can sometimes be difficult. I believe I truly lucked out with Dr. Ihsan, as not only did he give me the best possible result I could have wanted from a rhinoplasty, he made sure to listen to my wants and gave me the nose I have always dreamed of having. He was so kind and patient throughout the entire consultation and even after the surgery as well. I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I could remember, and to finally have my dream come true with such a beautiful nose is truly a blessing. I had a long nose with a bump in the middle which I hated, I didn’t think any doctor would be able to give me a cute, natural, feminine nose. I was definitely wrong as Dr. Ihsan has provided exceptional results with my nose. I honestly am shocked, 2 weeks post op, with just how great the nose looks now. I got the appointment within 3-4 weeks. everything was organized for me by his super assistant melissa, who looked after me the whole time. also a big thank you to her. she was available at all times and was able to take my extreme nervousness away from the operation. The doctor made a very professional impression and I felt that I was in very good hands. my friend also had a nose operation with him 2 years ago and the result is wonderful.
