I had an amazing experience with Dr Turkmen and her coordinator Melissa. They understand the results I expected and they did just that!

I got a tummy tuck, bbl and liposuction, the results are amazing.

The team was so patient with me, explained everything in detail and made me feel so comfortable.. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to get good results. Their aftercare was amazing too!

Before, during and after we had contact with Melisa.
She guided us through everything from the many question about the surgery, the hotel to be arranged, the transfers, to even answering our last minute calls because we needed someone to translate and arrange. 🙈
she was always there to support. 🙏

we had the best and positive contact with everyone involved, from Dr. Turkmen and Melisa to the caretakers in the hospital and the drivers of the transfers, everyone was super helpful and friendly. ☺️

We also got all the necessities for the aftercare 🩹💊 (spray, medication,..) which is super handy that you don't have to arrange that yourself.

And most importantly, the result of the nose. Simply BEAUTIFUL. 👃🏼💕😍
I got a nose that fits my face perfectly, he improved my breathing and I see that he has listened to what my wishes are and what I did not want.

Living in Belgium and knowing you’d like to get your rhinoplasty done in another country is one thing but planning the whole trip and surgery is something else.

When we first contacted Dr. Ihsan Türkmen we came in contact with Melissa.
Melissa is the spokesperson for people living abroad and she made this whole experience a 1000% easier & comfortable.
We had been in contact a few months before leaving and during this time she planned everything from the transfers, to the hotel, video chat with Dr. Ihsan, to (ofcourse) the surgery,…
she also made sure to answer any questions at literally almost at any given time.
When we arrived in Istanbul ready to get surgery she came & picked us up at the hotel and joined us for every “pre-surgery-step”.
Melissa is very easy going, easy to talk to and it felt like a friend was keeping us company except this friend we could ask a lot of technical questions. ☺️

Dr. Ihsan Türkmen makes sure to really listen to what your desired results are but also what you wouldn’t like.
He takes his time to ask questions and visa versa.
We felt comfortable and trusted him and his team completely.

I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen and his team if you’re in the same situation as we were, living abroad and you have no idea where to start. Or you live in Istanbul, I would obviously still recommend. 😉

Overall I love the enthusiastic atmosphere, the comfort, the after care, the clear communication & I love my nose!

My experience with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen was wonderful, I love how he provided me with aesthetically pleasing results for my breast augmentation. He took into consideration every single detail I requested, and offered some amazing advice. I wanted big but natural, and he did just that! He is also very kind. Dr. Türkmen did my rhino- and septoplasty and it was the best decision I have ever made. It was for both medical and cosmetic reasons and now my health is better than ever and my nose is gorgeous and still so natural.

I had an truly amazing experience by all means. Everyone was so kind and comforting going into it. I felt so safe all times even though I was traveling alone.

Each step of the way, from our first FaceTime consultation to our in-person appointment and surgery, he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision to choose him as my surgeon. I got my second nosejob in Istanbul made by him and now 7 months later I‘m more than unhappy. It’s crooked, I can’t breathe good through my nose, I have 2 different side profiles and my nose is still big, nothing like we talked about before.. I’m so devastated because this was a chance of my life to finally be happy and acceptable with me, it was so much money and stress for me, and now I‘m still embarrassed when I look in the mirror. But worst part is that he don’t say anything to me. I‘m in contact with someone who works there and this person is really nice und kind, but I never heard one nice word oder any statement from the doctor about it. Now I have to do a 3rd operation, whenever I have the money again for it.. so sad.

I went to Dr Ihsan Türkmen for my second nose job. It's hard to trust a doctor again after the first op, but I can honestly say I made the right choice. Everything went perfectly. Melissa is a great assistant and always available, everything went great from the beginning to departure. I've never felt so comfortable anywhere. I can only recommend the doctor!!! I will definitely come again. Trust me you will feel right at home!! The hospital was very caring, always made sure of itself whether the patient was doing well, nothing was missing. Hotel check-in everything was great, you never had to wait for the transfer and it was always there. All in one really worth more than 5 stars!!! IN LOVE!!!

I am 100% thrilled with the results of my rhinoplasty. Dr. Turkman, Melissa, and all of the staff at Dr. Turkman’s office treated me like family from the moment I arrived in Turkey. Having had a failed surgery before, I knew I needed to find a very skilled surgeon that could fix my breathing problems and give me the lovely nose I desired. Dr. Turkman did that for me, and now I can breathe and I smile every time I look in the mirror. I traveled from the U.S. to have surgery with Dr. Turkman, and I am so glad that I made the decision to trust him with my nose.

I had never had surgery before and was extremely nervous! from start to finish Dr Turkmen and Melissa were soooo comforting and reassuring! Even now post op they still keep in touch to assure me and help me through my recovery. I was super nervous before my surgery especially coming to a new country for the procedure. But Dr. Turkmen and his assistant Melissa were amazing and not only made me feel understood they made me feel secure about moving forward with surgery.
I was worried about a language barrier and noticed when reaching out to different doctors that I would wait so long to hear a response back, and at times had a trouble communicating what I was hoping to achieve with surgery. But with Dr. Turkmen and his assistant Melissa, I always got quick responses and felt like I was in good hands. Overall i am super happy with my results, and so happy that I picked Dr. Turkmen as a doctor. I would 100% recommend him to all of my friends for their future surgery’s.

I am so happy with the results. When I was like 14-17 i used to edit my nose a lot but I wouldn’t get surgery because I am still young but then one day I saw his page and was impressed of his work also his assistant Melissa who helped me a lot and answered so fast. I contacted her and after 2 weeks she told me all the information on surgery etc. and I was so happy because first of all I got a appointment and the information really fast and second of all by such a good doctor. One day before surgery they explained everything to me and told me what they‘re gonna change. Not to forget I had really bad breathing problems. After surgery I was very swollen but Melissa and her team gave me the right medicine and after 4 days my face was completely normal again!! All in all I have to say with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen and his team you can do nothing wrong!

I could not have chosen a better surgeon than Dr. Ihsan Turkmen. He truly makes it comfortable for the patient and explains everything in detail. Such a genuine doctor with results that are better than your expectation! Also, his assistant Melissa helped us a lot and was a great support!

I did my surgery in 2020 and in the beginning the results seemed ok, but when the swelling went down, I was really not happy at all. At first my nose was not huge or deformed, now I have a small hole in the middle of the bone. The nose is crooked, the nostrils are not the same and I have a bulging bone on one side. The only thing the doctor took off was the nose hump, but as I sad, I have a small hole now. He is very kind, but now I am talking about the results. When I confronted him with that, he admitted that the results were bad and that I can/should take another operation, as if it was something so easy to do. Rhinoplasty is a long process with many risks. So you see the real results after a year or more!!! I would never do rhinoplasty with him anymore.

It has been almost a month now that I had a preservation rhinoplasty by Dr. İhsan Türkmen. I am already super super happy with my results! He made me a perfect nose like models have. I do higly reccommend for everyone who wants to be more secure in the way they look, cause Dr. İhsan Türkmen does exactly as you want with his professionalism. I am truly thankful for him, and especially to his asistant Melissa who is very sweet, kind and supportive! she helped me quite a lot during my healing process. She was always there with me before, during and after the surgery. Also, the staff of Academic Hospital was also very caring all the time❤️

I can not fault my experience with Dr Ihsan Turkmen. From the consultation to the cast removal day. He was able to look like my desired pictures and match them to what he did perfectly. Even though I only took my cast of yesterday and have swelling, I love my results and have the side profile I have wanted for so long. Him and his whole team were lovely and spoke such good English which really helped throughout the process. Melisa was my coordinator and she was amazing as-well. So sweet and kind and always replied to my messages, even on Sundays. She was quick to arrange a hotel for us and always made me feel secure throughout the recovery process and I knew I could ask her anything. I would highly recommend this clinic as it was such a easy experience for me. If I need anything else done in the future it will be the first place I will go. 👍🏼👍🏼 Very satisfied and happy patient

I have recently had a primary rhinoplasty procedure with Dr Ihsan. It is now two weeks after the surgery and I have taken off my last plasters and my nose looks amazing (even though it is still swollen!). I also wanted to say special thanks to Melisa, Dr. Ihsan assistant who was with me through every step and answering all of my questions. Post surgery, she was checking up on me every day before my cast was taken off to make sure I am ok and would arrange for all my medication and transportation. Thank you both Dr. Ihsan and Melisa for the amazing work.

I wanted to wait for the final results before posting a review....but I could not wait. Today marks seven days Post-Op and I can confidently write about how my results thus far have exceeded my expectations. Four years ago, I underwent a very negative experience with my cosmetic procedure in which I was left with a distorted appearance. It caused depression and countless days of searching for answers, dozens of searches for the right plastic surgeons that would fix the damage I had enduring.

Coming from a family background of medical professionals, with their help, I decided to get my reconstructive procedure performed by Dr Isan. I chose Dr Ihsan for multiple reasons...his track record, history, credentials and professionalism. What I can say today is..I have first hand witnessed how articulate and how much attention he gives to details. On top of this ,he demonstrated excellent bedside manner.
