The responses to my questions from the team at ii have been unexpectedly fast and with easy to understand explanations. This helped make my transfer to ii straightforward. Special mention to Rui today who was very helpful today.

Big thank you to Rob Shaw

Moved my SIPP to II last year and have recently transferred my ISA as well. Great platform for a fraction of the cost of other providers. The flat fee for holding a SIPP, ISA and trading account offers exceptional value for money.
Really appreciated a call from Rob Shaw this morning who proactively reached out to offer some invaluable information that has helped me a lot. His empathy and understanding was very much appreciated so thanks for that.

Great experience with interactive investor

I’ve had a great experience with interactive investor lately and really wanted to give a shout-out to Ikenna. Ikenna was patient in walking me through my account charges and showed me exactly where to find my payment history on the site—it was a huge help.

I’m actually in the middle of moving away from the UK for good, which is a bit of a stressful process. I’ve had to get in touch with ii quite a few times through secure messages and calls to sort out my account. Every single person I’ve dealt with has been professional, quick to reply, and genuinely helpful, just like Ikenna was.

Huge thanks to Ikenna and the whole ii team for making things so much easier for me during this move.

Excellent value for money

I am a refugee from various platforms who switched from a fixed fee model to percentage. I have been with II for several years now and am very happy with the ultra-low fees. My wife recently consolidated various DC pensions under an II SIPP and the process was completed flawlessly at speed. I highly recommend II as the wrapper for your ISA and SIPP...don't get gouged by platforms skimming a percentage off your precious pot.

Would be Five Stars if they offered a Lifetime ISA (LISA)

I have been with Interactive Investor for around 18 months now. In general the service is good and efficient via the app messaging service. Fee wise they are excellent. Ease of app to trade and sell is also straight forward.

Only reason for a four star review rather than a five star is that unlike their market peers Hargreaves Landsdown and AJ Bell, they do not offer a Lifetime ISA. This in my opinion limits their appeal to younger investors and the self employed.
