I made a request about my subscriptions and was expecting to wait about 10 days for an answer (which I thought would probably be negative anyway). To my delight, I got an answer from Chloe C J in the space of about 10 minutes, confirming she was going to handle it the way I had requested. Superb customer service from ii. I appreciate it.

Awful customer services by way of theme. You’ll be hit with a scripted ‘nothing we can do’ when, through persistence, services prove that there is actually an awful lot they can do, and will do…but you’ll have to wait an hour whilst they do what they could have done straight away. The attitude is ‘push off’

Appalling service, no response for days and my share transfer got cancelled.
It was a straightforward simple share transfer. It took II days to reply. 48h to thank me for the LOA provided and saying they will review. Another 3 days until they actually did. And it is a one paragraph document!
I have begged through my private messages for them to reply to Computershare. I have called the call centre and even the poor guy there couldn't get through to my "stellar" transfer team, he also had to leave a message.
They have not bothered to reply to Computershare either, who after several deadlines set and missed, simply now decided to finally cancel the transfer.
Was this transfer not making II enough money? I shocked this is how they would normally operate.
How can you just simply ignore all emails and comms? One reply to Computershare saying this is in progress would have been enough.
