My investments have just been transferred from Share Centre into ii.
I wished to transfer a trading account into my ISA but was informed that there was only a small amount remaining in 20/21 period. No ISA had been purchased in this period but transaction was refused. My secure message received no reply so after a week I telephoned. Rohan sorted out the problem as certain figures had been transferred wrongly. A very polite, efficient young man who apologized for the delays and talked me through the transfer.
I had trouble with getting my W8-Ben…
I had trouble with getting my W8-Ben form accepted as I live in Gibraltar, after getting stuck in a loop with the back office for 6-8 weeks, I finally found Larna who was brilliant and has sorted the problem out within 2days (5star), it was such a pity that ii didn’t have a system set up for people who live abroad! I find the web site easy to use and would recommend them.

Technical difficulties in transferring money to ii overcome
My wife and I first contacted ii customer services about 5 days ago about the difficulties we were having in transferring a large sum of money from our bank account to ii investor. The transaction proved to be quite problematic and it was only through the help of KAM that the difficulties were eventually surmounted.
He not only dealt with our relative lack of technical expertise helpfully and patiently but guided us to the solution we needed. We are extremely grateful for this, his good humour and professionalism.
