Order in January and had a delay on order - put down to Covid, and wasn't overly fussed as not essential. Had to email chasing order after a 3 week wait, but got no response. Messaged on Facebook and got a reply in a day or so. Really helpful, gave an update, stock issue. Item sent and received a week or so later. Ordered 3 t-shirts, which are great, getting plenty of wear out of them. Got a follow up message to see if everything received, which was nice. Could improve in areas, but given its a small business working in this climate, think they are doing their best, which is all you can ask really.

I made my order on the 10th February, having been pulled in by IIMV's beautiful clothing range. I waited almost a month after my confirmation email before I tried to contact the company, hoping they would contact me to tell me of any delays, problems, etc. It would have been nice to recieve some correspondence in that time. It took me leaving a negative comment on facebook for them to reply to me. I will say that communication since that initial complaint was very fast. They then sent my order out the same day and were very apologetic. I understand they are a small company going through a move to a new place, so things can be rough. But that should not be an excuse for poor communication. Their clothes are of very high quality. The hoodie, sweat pants and t-shirt that I ordered are very comfy and fit very well. I will be buying from them again and do recommend them, so long as they do improve on their communication.

Ordered with free shipping, took a couple of days for dispatch and then it arrived in less than 24 hours :) really friendly service and absolutely love the tshirt. Colours are bright and saturated and feels good quality too!

I really love my sweater, it’s really cute and cosy, the material is soft and comfortable and the tie die is really well done. there was a slight delay on it coming but the post has been crazy recently and also I get that small businesses processing lots of orders can take time so it wasn’t a huge issue.

definitely worth the money and I would buy from them again.

I made a $156 purchase in October of 2020
And still have not received my order to this day.
I've tried countless times emailing and asking for a refund and NO ONE has gotten back with me. I am ridiculously disappointed and angry. There is not even a phone number to call. Do not waste your money on this site. I have still yet to find out what happened to the items I paid for.

After posting my review, I was immediately emailed by a customer representative. They took my claim seriously, made sure my orders were received in an unbelievable amount of time, and cared about the quality of their products. I was kept updated about the items in transit, and when they would be ready. I am extremely pleased with how the situation was handled. And I appreciate the diligence of the customer care.

Very happy with my tshirts/this brand/the customer service. I have bought from this brand twice now & although there is a delay in the items arriving i assume this is due to the process of creating the clothing. When I had an issue not hearing about my latest order I got an immediate response on Instagram & then continued updates leading to deliver super fast. The quality of my tshirts are amazing, they wash amazingly & I feel the sizing is very true to size which is hard to find nowadays. I will be a customer for a long time!!

Great products, I ordered the Monster jumper and green/purple hoody, and they are so so comfy to wear, and have a really nice design.
Small delay in delivery due to the current situation with the pandemic but that's to be expected, they were very good at keeping me updated so that made up for it.

Great quality tie dye job, comfortable, only reason for 4 instead of a 5/5 is not clear on arrival date but that’s to be expect during this time.

I'll be honest. I was a bit skeptical at first, as I had send a couple of emails regarding how long my order would take to arrive and didn't here anything back. Then I sent a message on Instagram and got a reply fairly quickly. They were able to confirm when the ordered was being dispatched and it arrived within the time frame they estimated. Very happy with the tshirt I ordered. It's exactly what it said it would be! I think it's important to remember to be patient with small businesses as we are in the middle of a global pandemic after all and the majority of people are reyinh their best. Would definitely order from them again!

DO NOT BUY THESE! After waiting SIX weeks my order finally arrived with little to no explanation as to why and without apology. When I opened it, the tops were poorly packaged and damp from being transported in bad weather!

The quality of the clothes themselves were cheap and nasty. Would be lucky if it survived one wash! After asking for a refund and sending the items back the next day Royal Mail first class, it took them nearly two weeks to process my refund. However this was not before they ignored several of my emails and Instagram DMs, I had to get my wife to contact them just to get a response. I FINALLY got my refund. Customer service was appalling, and almost non existent! Don’t waste your money, you could make your own tie dye clothes of a better quality for much less!!

Terrible customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of the item because it never arrived. When I contacted them they told me my item was shipping "tomorrow". That was 13 days ago and they have since stopped responding to emails. Nothing takes 13 days to ship UK to UK, even over Christmas and New year.

Edit: After chasing them I was eventually given a refund.

Edit 2: I am now being spammed with a new reply every week or so. Stop replying, I will not change my review.
