All-round top quality experience for me

It is really good to have a proper UK-based IIyama-focussed online retailer,
- you'll find what you need on the site very easily
- it's obvious that they can get the job done with a hitch
- and that they understand the products they distribute which is good for reliable support.

This must be a dream for bulk-business purchases - however, my experience was as a private customer:

Their monitors are quality.
I don't buy other monitor brands since my last one was another IIyama gaming monitor that lasted nearly 10 years and is still working fine.
Bought a 32 inch 4k IIyama Gaming Monitor with integrated KVM switch (not a small product!)
And a heavy dual monitor arm bracket.

The monitor arrived 1.2 days after order, much earlier than expected. Dispatch and Delivery was safe, done with care and obv super quick.
The stand arrived later that day!.. also at least one day earlier than expected - and in a neat compact box with really easy instructions to set it up.

I bought a iiyama monitor around 1.5 years ago and at first I was really happy with my investment but I have to say I am quite disappointed now not even 2 years in and the monitor is broken and has been breaking down the past year with intense screen flickering issues.

SImple ordered, and it arrived.

Iiyama is actually a great brand that has been providing gaming monitors for many decades. I have been using an Iiyama monitor for almost 3 to 4 years.

Excellent communication and prices. Monitors delivered on time with accurate tracking.

Very happy with my iiyama G-Master Red Eagle curved gaming monitor GCB4580DQSN-B1.

Good range of screens and I ordered 2 65" touchscreens. Amazingly quick service. Ordered at 4pm and arrived the next morning.

We've swapped out our legacy estate with these. They are great quality and good value. The team are happy with them.

The 10" Prolite tablet makes an excellent kiosk device and is very straightforward to set up. In my application, the surrounding LED light bar is used as a system indicator and the company helpfully provided two different ways of controlling it. Android Debug Bridge is the easiest. My only minor query about controlling the brightness of the LED bar was resolved within 24 hours -- amazing customer service!

Excellent product, easy to assemble and is as described on the website. Very fast delivery, I would highly recommend and would use them again.

I enquired, I ordered..... and I got. This was to replace a iiama HM702 I got many moons ago.

I orderd and got the very next day, everything 'fits the bill' and I have a lot more space.

I have only one gripe the instructions on 'how to use the buttons' 'I' found lacking..... it took me many attemps to find out and get use to them.

Note: The screen only tilts, there is no height adjustment on this model..... the picture quality is super.... unlike the iiyama HM702 Trinitron CRT'oldie' this one runs cold, meaning less power wastage.

I'm 100 percent happy with it.

Bought a monitor and although the we didn't immediately open the box which was undamaged, when we switched on the monitor there is a hairline crack in the screen which is only noticeable when on.

I appreciate there is a limited time to inform of damage and we no longer have the box. just a bit unhappy with the who situation especially as it's not cost effective to repair and i am over £500 out of pocket considering over the years i have spent over £15k on liyama monitors this has left a bitter taste

Ordered the monitor on Thursday afternoon, received it on Friday morning, before 9am. Am very pleased with the monitor. Excellent service.
