Iiyama's first line of ultrawide Red Eagle gaming monitors had one little error in the firmware: with variable refresh rate enabled, the monitor would turn its brightness to maximum at random times throughout use. This would happen every few seconds. This made the variable refresh rate practically unusable at native resolution, especially for users with photo-sensitivity.

When Iiyama was made aware of this, their support staff set up immediate and effective RMA procedures. All affected customers, including me, were sent a replacement monitor within days. They simply asked for the old monitor to be sent back.

Perfect. The only other thing you could ask for is that the monitor does not have this issue to begin with. But mistakes are going to happen - it's how you fix them that makes all the difference.

We got off to a bad start when the monitor I received didn't have a height adjusting base as I would have expected. This was quickly sorted with a replacement iiama part which is perfect. Monitor is excellent.

I've bought two computer monitors direct from IIyama now. Both times the service has been fantastic. Next day delivery at the notified time. And the monitors themselves are also excellent. Great value and great customer service.

Monitor was a good price anyway, but letting me pick it up from their warehouse near me saved me the P&P fee which i'm grateful for. From first call to having it in the back of my car about 15mins! Happy with the monitor of course.

Good price and fast delivery but the website stated that the monitor was A+ rated, but the labels that came with it, and on IIYAMA's website staed that it was E rated.

Having looked at many monitors in the higher end of budget monitors I remembered that I had had an iiyama monitor with one of my first bundles back in the late nighties. I carried out much research and settled a 27inch model that suited my working form home need with my MacBook Pro. I ordered my monitor on a Sunday and as premised the orders a processed next working day with delivery after that. I have to commend Hannah Lugsden, Office Manager as the carrier failed to deliver on the monitor despite it being on the van and with no communication. Hannah was able to review the tracking and confirm it was out for delivery. Her efficient customer service says so much about the company and the monitor arrived and it does exactly what I had hoped and was literally plug and play within minutes of adding the stand. Two simple screws with no need for tools and a choice of connectivity with cables. I have opted for the HDMI as I use a dock. FANTASTIC product and service!
