just terrible communcation and customer service. I have been trying to contact them for a month because I keep getting a system error message on my personal page but people on the other end are either really poorly trained or lack any experience talking to customers. Absolute shambles! Never seen such poor service in the UK yet.

I have requested on a number of occasions a settlement figure to pay off my loan. Filled in the online form but still nothing. I have tried to call you but you never answer. Closed for lunch and closed from 4.30pm. How do i pay off this loan if i cant get hold of you. I will be cancelling my direct debit then i'm sure that will prompt you to respond.

better communication needed
I have not got any confirmation letter and need the number to find out the remaining balance on my account.
I have managed to find a sort code and account number for Ikano but it just goes to payments and again request a number I do not have.
I have emailed customer service and not had a reply.
If by chance Ikano see this please get in touch as I would like to know you have received my payments and how long I have left to pay off my loan.

Bought Sofas from ScS in West Midlands area delivered damaged faulty Sofas Tried everything possible to resolve with ScS no luck and been trying for over six months, so contacted IKANO BANK sent in photos proof IKANO BANK is just as bad no help what so ever just keep asking for photos say they will update don't get back to you, what a useless bank they are I am in the process of taking to court as. If a customer buys something it should be as described and be fit for purpose and not be damaged when buying new. The whole company ScS and Ikano bank are a total waste of time I will see what the courts have to say about these unprofessional bad companies. I WOULD AVOID ScS and IKANO BANK AT ALL COSTS.

avoid like the plague
don't get reciepts for payments money goes missing i have paid £200 of my loan but have had no receipt and still owe the same amount of money wouldnt go near this company if they are involved in your loan

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Pay them every month religiously with no issues, I then pay off the remainder of the balance for my furniture and they claim I missed a payment, impacting my credit score at the worst time possible. No one answers a phone or an email either

Very poor customer experience
Poor online payment system which claims payment is unsuccessful then end up paying the bill twice. Then takes months to refund. Kept waiting at least 30 - 40 mins on the phone to get through to "Customer Service" and then they talk to you as if your an eight year old. Take responsibility for your company and its actions. Very poor customer experience indeed. To clarify this happens every time payment is made.

Dictatorial and intransigent. Unwilling to enter into a dialogue over a recent dispute over fictitious elements of a credit agreement that I am currently responsible for.
The Financial Ombudsman Service upheld the complaint I made to them about the matter, yet I am still waiting for Ikano Bank to comply with the requirements made of them, as a result.

absolute shambles of a website, cant phone it cuts off , try to put in a complaint and there is no send button if you dont have a photo file to send , have tried and triedso many times to recover account or set one up online and its impossible it keeps sending an invalid security number !!!!
all i want to be able to do is see how much my balance is .
