Scum of the earth. Literally thieves, turning every rock to find methods to screw you over.

Charged interest during interest free period from ikea card promotion. They have not replied as to why, but I guess they have their scam-response ready to copy and paste exactly how this is somehow my fault, and somehow legal?

You can't download their invoices without going to their website in your bank app (the download is unsuccessful), but all other companies manage it? Clearly intentional to make sure no one gets their info, hoping they postpone it, and get screwed further.

Website down for long periods, so you can't even download the invoice from there, or send a complaint, or do anything because of their gross negligence. Who cares if it benefits them, I guess. It takes an hour to get through on the phone, because ofcourse it does, when you are simitaneously flipping off your entire userbase.

The ikea card initially never went through, also. They were, as per usual, very sorry for their endless incompetence, delaying my very necessary purchases. But hey, at least it's interest free, right? No. Somehow, no.

I wish you the greatest of misfortune during your future criminal activities. I look forward to reading your copy pasted ai dungpile of sorryness to this review, you absolute filth.

Wrost system

I have been a customer for some years and I always appreciated their fast responsive and well informed personnel, and that they respect their loyal clients.
They were one of the few online banks that dropped the interests in accordance with the styrränta drop and they offered to improve my interest rate, for being a loyal client. Amazing, I am considering buying more bank products and services through them.

Fits well in the large group of business disinterested banks in Sweden.
It seems to be a kind of challenge to be the worst bank in the country.
Experienced with a simple corporate leasing, Ikano managed perfectly to mess up everything, until even the most patient bank client would quit.
Well done guys ! And don‘t be too surprised if you won‘t survive the next crisis

Non responsive customer service. Also only works with Swedish bank ID and they don’t accept for example job certificates and pay slips which I define as non-flexible. Because if you are new to Sweden, then you cannot use this service even tho u have job and pay tax.

Worst customer service ever.
I like their product, but very unprofessional customer service. One guy called Dalmat actually accused me for lying before he could understand what help I need. A customer service who calls customer a liar, can be the only case in the whole Sweden or world.

I found it easy with Ikano bank. Staff are there to help you!!!!
