Charged interest on interest free ikea card, invoice downloads unsuccessful, website doesn't worm
Scum of the earth. Literally thieves, turning every rock to find methods to screw you over.
Charged interest during interest free period from ikea card promotion. They have not replied as to why, but I guess they have their scam-response ready to copy and paste exactly how this is somehow my fault, and somehow legal?
You can't download their invoices without going to their website in your bank app (the download is unsuccessful), but all other companies manage it? Clearly intentional to make sure no one gets their info, hoping they postpone it, and get screwed further.
Website down for long periods, so you can't even download the invoice from there, or send a complaint, or do anything because of their gross negligence. Who cares if it benefits them, I guess. It takes an hour to get through on the phone, because ofcourse it does, when you are simitaneously flipping off your entire userbase.
The ikea card initially never went through, also. They were, as per usual, very sorry for their endless incompetence, delaying my very necessary purchases. But hey, at least it's interest free, right? No. Somehow, no.
