Pedí sofá cama Gronlid 629€ a parte compre reposabrazos otros 100€ y gastos de envío de unos 65€ Es decir cerca de 800€ de sofá cama.
Me llega el sofá sin fundas hace más de un mes. A día de hoy y todavía me dicen se encuentran sin Stock y no tienen fundas de ningún color más por lo que no hay alternativas. Me dicen pueden venir a por él y hacer la devolución pero los gastos de envío no se hacen cargo sinceramente me
Parece un desastre de servicio de Postventa y de preventa al vender algo que no hay en Stock NI PREVISION DE QUE vayan a tener. Hace poco compre mueble en Banak el cual venía defectuoso y me devolvieron íntegramente el dinero del mueble y del trasporte. Parece mentira que Ikea responda así de mal.

I ordered a Gronlid sofa bed € 629 separately, I bought armrests for another € 100 and shipping costs of about € 65 That is to say about € 800 for a sofa bed.
I got the sofa without covers more than a month ago. To this day and they still tell me that they are out of Stock and they do not have covers of any color so there are no alternatives. They tell me they can come and get it and make the return but the shipping costs are not sincerely borne by me
It seems like a disaster of After-sales service and pre-sales when selling something that is not in Stock OR ANY FORECAST THAT they will have. Not long ago furniture in Banak which was defective and they fully returned the money for the furniture and transportation. It seems incredible that Ikea responds this badly.

LÖVBACKEN

LÖVBACKEN - is dangerous!

I was trying to give a product review on the IKEA website but I wasn’t able to do that. It looks like reviews are switched off on the IKEA website.

We got 2 side tables LÖVBACKEN and both of them are faulty. The legs are keep unscrewing and today it fell down on our dog. Luckily nothing serious happened but next time it can fell down on the child!!!

The table is NOT SAFE!!! The first table kept falling if we put anything on it so we just thought it is one faulty table but today the second table fell down on our dog and we got broken glasses and scared dog… it is very sad because the product on ikea website is highly rated and I hope no one get hurt!!!

Terrible experience for me.

Terrible experience for me.
First time dealing with IKEA and this surely will be my last.
My order was massive so I couldn’t check every item so I signed the release paper, only to realise later that an expensive item was missing.
Called them back but because I had signed I was told that the delivery was successful and they couldn’t do anything.
I thought this way of dealing with costumers was a thing of the past.
I learned the hard way.
Do not give them the satisfaction!!!

Order canceled without notice. New shipping date 21 days after initial order

I placed an order July 2. It was canceled for no reason and without any notice. I was to receive my order (131 items- more than 3,000 Euros) this week. When I contacted them, I was told I would have to reorder the items and wait a further 11 days for delivery. I am sitting in an empty house with no furniture, no plates, glasses, etc. The customer service representative said there was "nothing" she or her manager could do to expedite the shipping.

Do not use return by post. The process does not work

I wanted to return an order. I filled in the online form and awaited the returns label. I waited 24 hours and nothing happened. I rang customer services. I was kept waiting for 50 minutes over 2 calls. They blamed me for inputing the wrong information then finally admitted the process doesn't work. They will do nothing to help me. I am now awaiting courrier collection but have no idea when this will be and I am leaving Spain on Saturday. They are still allowing this process on their website knowing it does not work.

They never came with my order

I ordered a sofa bed with delivery to my house in Spain on a specific. On the day I just got a message that they had been by and I was not home. I was sitting out side looking at the street so they have not been here. so I called IKEA they said the door was closed and it is not true as I was on the patio all day and also said they called twice. I never got any message on my phone about the calls. As I’m traveling I can’t get my sofa bed and they cancelled the order. Will never order again from ikea

Buyer beware (of customer service)!

I recently bought an Asarum sofa bed. The design is very attractive but it has one glaring and serious fault - it can't be cleaned! I assumed it would have removable covers and be possible to buy replacement covers but in a phone call to customer service I was repeatedly told by an over assertive rep (Alba) that it was an 'upholstered structure' and that it could only be cleaned by wiping down with a sponge or vacuuming and that had I read the instructions I would have realised. Well, I've now read the instructions and nowhere can I see either the term 'upholstered structure' or cleaning instructions. I argued that an item that is sat on or slept on daily requires a lot more than a wipe down to keep it hygienic most especially when we are in the grip of a global pandemic! No solution was offered, much less an apology. The attitude was surly and unhelpful and my request to speak to a supervisor was refused out of hand.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing this item is 'please don't' and if you're unfortunate enough to buy without reading the seemingly non-existent small print, don't bother to phone customer service because customer service has both a vivid imagination and doesn't care anyway...

LATER THAT MORNING...
I persevered with my complaint and eventually managed to have an intelligent conversation with another rep (Anna) who acknowledged that the information I would have needed to reject this item wasn't accessible to me so it wasn't my fault - so good to be vindicated!
As a consequence I have now been offered the possibility of exchanging the uncleanable sofa bed for another with loose covers without delivery or collection charges. This is only as it should be and doesn't compensate for the earlier dismissive and arrogant treatment or the fact that it took 3 phone calls and several hours of my time to reach a resolution.

If you have problems with IKEA, you have to keep on. Don't accept their excuses, irrational explanations or failure to accept responsibility. Some of their employees have a very high-handed approach towards their customers. Ignore the TV ads, all is not happy families or 'the wonderful everyday' - far from it IKEA, you managed to ruin mine. I need a lie down!

Delivery service is a joke

For a large company I am completely baffled by how terrible IKEA's delivery service is! I ordered my furniture a week ago for delivery and assembly 2 days later and am still waiting. Got an email on the first delivery date stating that they couldn't find my house and the number they had for me was wrong (completely untrue) so they could not deliver. The guy in customer services found my house on Google maps in about 10 seconds from the address they had and confirmed the number they had for me was correct. Second delivery never turned up and when I called customer services they told me it had been delivered and assembled that day....erm...no. Been on hold for the last 30 minutes and can only be given a new slot for delivery in 3 days time. I am also told I cannot complain anywhere except in store so would have to drive an hour and a half to deal with this awful service. So I can't even cancel the order and get my money back. How is this possible in 2021 when Amazon can get stuff to you next day in Spain.

Unusable website. I tried to place an online order using 3 different browsers and each time I get "unable to save your details". No remedy offered or hint of what the problem is. And of course there is not way to contact them via email. Crap business!

Buena entrega a domicilio para artículos pequeños.

So on 1st January I placed an order, in Mallorca, for delivery (offered free due to covid restrictions). It contained many small items & I expected that some things would be missing.
Así que el 1 de enero hice un pedido, en Mallorca, para entrega (se ofrece gratis debido a restricciones de covid). Contenía muchos artículos pequeños y esperaba que faltaran algunas cosas.
Today 5th January it has arrived, everything was there, all was well packed & nothing was damaged. If there had been some communication to say that the order was ready, or had been sent, I would have given 5 stars.
Hoy 5 de enero ha llegado, todo estaba allí, todo estaba bien embalado y nada estaba dañado.
Si hubiera habido alguna comunicación para decir que el pedido estaba listo o se había enviado, le habría dado 5 estrellas.
I was happy with the delivery service, they called to check that I was at home & delivered to my door - with many couriers, this does not happen & I never see the goods.
Estaba contento con el servicio de entrega, me llamaron para verificar que estaba en casa y que me entregaban en la puerta; con muchos mensajeros, esto no sucede y nunca veo la mercancía.

We bought a Brimnes 140cm bed with…

We bought a Brimnes 140cm bed with storage in the headboard and drawers.
I kept banging my leg on the sharp corners of the bedframe and actually damaged my little finger & ring finger, making the bed for the first time. This was a few weeks ago. My husband has contacted them 3 times to ask if they would come and take the bed back which we would pay for and for a refund for the bed. He has basically been lied to and fobbed off. The result of the last call was that we would have to wait 15 days for a decision! Their customer service is very bad. The
bed has to go as my legs are covered in bruises!
Ikea do not care about their customers as long as they have their money.

Tenerife IKEA delivery are terrible.

Tenerife IKea delivery. Wow, what a time to have some coat hangers delivered. I assumed that would be more sensible to order online rather than to go there.I was wrong. They ring an hour before delivery and they choose the day. I had to leg it home fast in a taxi (when i eventually hailed one) they didn't arrive! They rang me days later to re-book and I was told a 1 p.m delivery 2 days later. Then another call to say 3-4 p.m same day. I am still waiting in and they haven't arrived. No call or message and no delivery of some very boring but much needed coat hangers. I ordered these 9 days ago!

Click & Collect Birmingham - shocking

I have been waiting over an hour for my order which I have paid £5 to collect and it still isn’t here. The store will probably close before I receive it. For such a huge company, their processes are embarrassing. They should pay customers for the time that they waste, rather than charge £5 for collection in person! Shocking customer service!

No customer service

I like IKEA's products but it seems like the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. After placing an online order I wasn't sent the invoice and I needed it so that my company could reimburse me my work from home expenses. I called several times but I was just left listening ABBA's songs. I also called at 7pm since on the website it is stated you can call until 8pm, but I was told by an automatic message to call during working hours ?? I sent several messages on Facebook and I received no answer, so I finally messaged them on Instagram and after a few days they solved the issue. I don't understand why reaching the customer service team has to be such a complicated thing to do! I don't think IKEA has been affected by covid as much as other companies, so why don't you have enough employees to take care of your customer issues? What is the problem, IKEA?

An oven still under garanty, exploded while I was baking (the inside glass). I've send 2 emails, fill a form, and try 5 times during 10 days to call the phone number "atencion al cliente" = zero answer.

I took a day off from work so I can be home when the furniture arrives. The day of arrival, they didn’t even call me and changed to date to 3 weeks after. I tried to call them and waited 2 hours to find someone to talk and not even sorry. “Nothing we can do”. Go learn how to make furniture, go buy second hand, go buy from amazon but don’t buy from these scammers!!!!!

Items never arrived. There are two mix messages : one saying item delivered, another “on its way”. Waiting in queue it’s impossible (each time once called customer service helpline number of waiting is average 60-80 people). No other contact provided or refund option it’s already a month and nothing has happened yet

A wobbly at IKEA Wembley,

IKEA Wembley
What an awful experience,as a long time customer of IKEA,myself and my family visited this Wembly store,where customer service was frightfully abusive.

We needed assistance with a item that we couldn't locate in the store and we were asked to leave the store to rejoin the mounting queue to relocate the item,that we had missed in the department behind us. We were then told by the security member that if we did go back and retrieve our item we would not be served.

It was degrading and unfair experience that left myself and my family distraught.

We left the store feeling humiliated.

However our long standing relationship and belief in IKEA didnt end we managed to get the item at the Leeds branch where customer service is paramount.

All anyone asks for is to be shown respect and good customer service.
