Great software and service!
I have been using Ikiru's Infinity software for my start up recruitment business for a year now. Product is great, training is excellent, and most importantly when you have a query they always have a swift, suitable response. Well worth the slightly higher cost compared to other products I've used.
Highly recommend them!

CEO still not called after 10 days
Been waiting 10 days call back from the CEO, after being trained wrong on The Talentis System, by him in the first place.
Then chasing the the Client Success Manager and again, nothing!! Even worse, i was informed when purchasing the software it is live (like LinkedIn is), and it isn't. it's a snapshot of LinkedIn at the time, that snapshop is recorded.
I was just unlucky apparently i found so many 'dead / deleted profiles' profiles. Very out of date bit of kit, no apology
Update - Finally got a call back, only because i emailed him directly, and after 10 day, (6 working days) is that really acceptable? when i first tried to speak to him months ago, he wasn't even interested then either.
Honestly, i have never dealt with anyone so arrogant in my life, they way he speaks to paying customers is outrageous.
would you believe a software company, doesn't collect your activity, and they have no records of any data at all - what type of cowboy outfit is this? they are a software based company, isn't this the basics?

We use Infinity and I have to say that whenever there is a problem, customer support are very good at resolving it. Take today. My email app stopped working, so I emailed in to ask about it. Support jumped onto my PC remotely within 10 minutes, spent about 15 minutes working out the problem and repairing it. Very different to our last provider. Infinity is not perfect, but the customer support is usually extremely good.
