Prompt, Professional, Priced fairly
The service is brilliant, we needed to get 4 mortgage deeds done. We were given a good discount. The service was delivered promptly and professionally, and they even expedited our second set of appointments to get them all done over 2 days, saving us a week! Communication was great. I would definitely use the service again!

Was informed by my conveyancing company 3 days before completion that I needed an ILA to provide advice and sign a certificate.
I contacted ILA direct at 9am. By 12noon I was on a Zoom call with a solicitor who sent my documents via special delivery that day.
