I bought a pendant light from iLite in May last year. The price was good, iLite's service was friendly and efficient.

How they have changed! Last month I decided that I needed two more identical lights to make up a set of three. First iLite sent me a couple of wall lights, not the pendant lights that I ordered. So, I had to pack up the new arrivals, wait in all day for the courier to pick them up, wait in again to receive the replacements...

The two pendants that I was trying to buy eventually turned up. To my dismay the new lights had cables and ceiling roses that were totally different to the those of the original light. Furthermore they had a matte finish, unlike the original one which is gloss.

iLite acknowledged that there were differences - since my original purchase they had changed manufacturer. So, any help with my problem? No, not a chance; iLite were utterly indifferent to the fact that, to have a set of three identical lights I would have to replace the original light at a further cost of £65!

I still have not received my item, ordered on the 27th feb and it is now 27th March.

Ordered 2 ceiling lights and very unhappy about the £10 delivery charge but paid it as the lights were just what I wanted. Upon receipt was really disappointed to see what had been described as gold and also looked like gold in the picture was actually copper. I was even more frustrated then to see that I would have to pay a 10% handling fee If I want to return anything and am advised to insure my package which is also going to cost me. What an absolute rip off!!! I’ve also emailed the address given on the website by clicking on the link and it has come back as undeliverable. Absolutely will not be ordering from this company again and will definitely not recommend them either.

Ordered 3 lights online in the sale. there was no mention of a 6-week wait when ordering the items.
Nearly 10-weeks later and still no invoice, communication or lights received.
On chasing the order we were told that the goods will not be in stock for a few weeks more.
I do not hold out much hope of the quality being any good if indeed the lights were ever to turn up?
The order was cancelled.
I have had to post the review again as ILIte had the original review removed.
Please be aware that this company make you jump through hoops with TrustPilot to try and get bad reviews removed....

I purchased the Ivy 18 Brass pendant light, there were some faults with some spokes out of place and one loose. I contacted iLite and they responded, then let me know they would replace the pendant.

The replacement pendant looks great, just like the advertised photos. Thank you iLite for looking after me.

I would leave zero stars but I can't, I bought a light, the middle of November, finally delivered late February, customer services don't keep you updated, I've been told I'll get a 10% refund by email, which has never arrived. Until today I followed ilite on instagram, but the moment I left a negative comment, I've been blocked so I'm leaving the same comment in this review, I would not recommend this company, I will never buy from them again, as a business owner you have to accept negative comments and take them on and change your business in accordance.

My 40cm Starburst suspension light arrived within a couple of days, much quicker than expected. and I am so happy with it. Not installed it yet and am hoping we will be able to get replacement LEDs but Its gorgeous. Love all the unusual lights form this vendor.

Very quick delivery

I received the light fitting promptly. However I need to return it and order the next size. No invoice in package and no return details provided . I have rang the company and left a message on an automated answering service. I await their call.
