Fantastic service.
I would most definitely recommend!

It’s a very smart pendant and we are pleased with it.

They seemed to take awhile to come but I felt very reassured once I had spoken to a very helpful young lady
Only one box turned up I contacted ilite regarding this and the same young lady reassured me that it would be here the next day and it was
I haven’t put the lights up yet as we are not quite ready for them

Excellent customer service and delivery within 2 weeks of ordering-instruction leaflet missing but emailed out immediately and I fitted lava light myself-love it!

Excellent service, clear updates for when my light was being dispatched and delivered. I unfortunately missed my first delivery attempt but was able to rearrange with ease. No hanging around wondering when the delivery is coming because I was sent a 2 hour window - fantastic! The light itself is lovely and I can't wait for my electrician to come and install it - would definitely recommend this company and would use again.

Despite a slight delay of around a week, which is quite understandable whilst in the grip of the Corona virus, I received my light today and am delighted with the design and superior quality. Great value for money!

Unusual piece, smaller than I thought but I could have chosen larger size. Wasn’t quick at arrival and an email reassuring it would be with me would have been good. I want sure I’d successfully ordered. But well packaged and we will see what it’s like up. Thanks

Love my new pendant I-lite. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the delay in delivery which couldn’t be helped due to covid shipping delays. The customer service at I-lite was super quick with responses and I’m very happy with the result!

Do not deal with this company.
Placed an order for 2 funk wall lights (Tom Dixon rip offs) in October 2020 . Web site claimed they were in stock but was later informed delivery would be 4/6 weeks. To fair they did actually deliver 4 weeks later.
The quality of the lights was terrible they were loose and very badly finished with the painted components colours not matching. I contacted the company immediately to ask for a refund. It took until January 2021 to get a partial refund following an email correspondence of 26 emails and still have not had the carriage refunded. They first claimed there was nothing wrong then asked me at my expense to send the lights back for their evaluation, then tried to charge me a restocking charge.
Shame trustpilot does not offer a no star option because this is the rating this company deserved, avoid at all cost

Fantastic service and prompt reply. I needed my light for a certain date and they went that extra mile to make sure I received it.

Communication was great throughout how we Thai does not take away from the fact that I placed an order for 7 lights. 6 were delivered in November and the last fitting took another 2 months to arrive.

Web site said the item was in stock, so placed order and charged extra for the postage. Heard nothing from iLite and had to keep calling for updates and finally received the light 7 weeks after ordering!
