Our car was returned with a crushed wheel arch. Mechanic opines that it must have crashed into something at some speed.
We picked up our car at midnight, and the damage was not visible without looking under the car. It was detected due to the audible brushing of the mudguard against the tyre once we were off site. The company is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage as we did not report it while it was still onsite. Really disappointed and would not recommend under any circumstances.
Really easy drop off and easy to find.
The test is always the picking up, our flight was delayed by 2hours, we called once we had our bags and the car pulled up as we exited the terminal.
All the staff who I spoke with on the phone were courteous and everything was like clockwork.
Excellent service. Would use again and recommend highly
We paid for our car to be brought to the airport on arrival. After 40 minutes and repeated calls to them they eventually turned up.
My wife is disabled and we were stranded by them.
They claimed another client of the same name arrived at the South Terminal (we were North) and they took the car there.
They also claimed to have called me but there was no missed calls on my phone.
They agreed to pay a 25% refund within 10 days - despite repeated chasing this has never been paid.
Edit: after leaving this review yhe refund came through within 24 hours so it has been dealt with and I've increased the star marking. I would suggest this company uses registration number rather than names on return to UK to avoid confusion.
I dropped the car off as instructed, someone met me at the terminal, photographed the car, recorded the mileage, updated my return information and left me a ticket to use when I returned. On arrival back I called after I cleared customs, was given instructions where to go to meet my car, when I arrived there the car was waiting for me. I informed the driver that I wished to check the vehicle over which he acknowledged was appropriate, the car was fine, he then recorded the ticket I was left when I dropped the car off asked me to sign and then left. Everyone I met or spoke to were very polite and courteous. Everything was well organised, well timed and very clear, the car was just as I left it. I could not have expected anything else from the service and would have no hesitation in using again.
Have used many meet and greets but they have become too pricey. This was fair price and when we found the drop off it was smooth to get to the North terminal. on collection at 1am they got the car to me in minutes. Will definitely use again
Very poor customer service experience. I specifically booked meet and greet due to a late night arrival flight and a long drive back home. Unfortunately I had to wait over 45mins for my car to be returned to me. When I called to enquire several times where my car was, meet with rudeness that I would receive my car and just needed to wait. Was told it had left the compound so unsure where it went for the missing 45mins!
Contacted customer services the following day and told they would refund me some money. Over a week and I am still waiting and had no response to my emails. Very poor customer services on multiple counts

At first I was impressed with the drop off, quick and easy.
However on the return we waited 20mins in the rain for the car to arrive (there was no traffic) so do not understand what took so long.
My car was immaculately clean when I dropped my car to them as I had a full valet and car was when I left. When they returned my car yesterday it was covered in bird poo, (great like acid on the paint work) leaves and other debris dripping down the side. It was disgusting, the girl that dropped it off didn’t know what to say when I challenged it and asked why the car was kept under the trees!? Never was this mentioned when I booked the parking with you. Be honest about where you keep your customers cars and the least you could of done is return it in the clean state it was dropped off to you. By the way I don’t want any excuses, your incompetent and I won’t be using your services again!

If they damage your car they will not inform you , leave your car covered in dust and will hope you leave without spotting the damage .... in my case £300 of paint work damage .... if you use them take photos of every inch of your car before and after parking even if its dusk or dark as they will say you damaged it yourself and laugh at you. and say tough luck...
the cars are taken off you at arrival and parked by their staff....there no way with the impact damage, and the bending of the bumper, get could they possibly unaware of the impact damaged caused in their care....just hoping to get away with it.
If it was a few scratch i might have shrugged , but the gauges were deed enough to require a respray and the impact had misaligned the headlight washer breaking the mechanism - photos taken after car had been washed down
They maybe cheap , but they are rogue traders and morally bankrupt.
DO NOT USE unless you drive an old banger you couldn't care less about... people need warning about their shocking lack of customer service ...
thanks
I love to meet and greet terms and conditions:
- No liability for loss or damage to your vehicle including tyres, windscreens including cracks and chips, mechanical and structural failures will be considered unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill.
But good luck getting any degree of honesty or integrity

Couldn’t fault the service when we dropped the car off, everything was pretty easy and the staff were friendly. Upon return from our holiday, my car was dropped off to us at the airport quickly, which was great. The member of staff handed us the keys and he was quick to leave. As soon as we got in the car to drive home, my seat belt was completely locked and jammed which was strange considering it was absolutely fine when we dropped the car off. We called back ILM&G to explain we can’t leave the airport with the drivers seat belt not working, to be told we would have to call the the customer service desk and that the seat belt wasn’t used when dropping the car off to us, good way to admit you’re illegally driving 👍🏼 would of liked to have used this service again but would prefer to come home to a car with a functioning seat belt 🙂

We only chose this car park as it was affiliated with Tesco club card points.
On arrival we realised our car wasn’t being kept where we dropped it off, not a massive problem but would rather know where it was.
While waiting for the mini bus to collect us we witnessed the driver hit a family’s suitcases as he was reversing, totally oblivious to what he has done.
We did wait quite. While to be collected on arrival back to Stansted and then we could all fit in the mini bus.
My car was clean when we left it but it had clearly been parked under a tree, it was covered in bird poo and the whole car was sticky from tree debris, had to pay for a professional clean on the way home. I did read another review about their car being covered in poo and the company have responded saying they cannot control nature. While this is true to an extent, parking a car under a tree for a long period of time is not sensible!
Would I use this company again? No!
Badly organised, car not kept where you left it, long waiting times for transfer and car filthy upon collection.
Flying out I couldn't fault the service. Arrived at their site, paperwork quick and efficient, short mini bus journey and we were on our way. Returning home was a different matter. We phoned as requested once cleared baggage to be told car will be there in 20 mins. OK, no problems, except car didn't arrive in 20 mins, it was now nearly half one in thd morning, cold, tired, phoned to see where the car was to be told that they were still getting it out as they needed to move other cars. I queried why it wasn't reparked to be accessible earlier as they were aware that we were retuning. It spoiled an otherwise nice service. Probably wouldn't use again.

TUI changed our flights, meaning that I was parking with them a day later than expected. Been told I have to pay £20 admin fee to change my date even though I am losing a days parking?! Oddest service but clearly using these types of situations to profit from customers

Very rude staff. We booked through Holiday Extras to be told when we called I Love Meet & Greet 10 minutes out from the Airport we had no booking. This was despite a confirmation sitting in my emails and on my Holiday Extras App. After some discussion my booking was partially found, I was then hung up on as we were 10 minutes early and not all of my details were able to be found. I called back & after some discussion, we were able to proceed to have our car dropped off at Gatwick South. We were told we’d likely get a fine at drop off as not all of our details has been sent through, again I explained all of these were showing on my email confirmation.
No photo or video taken at handover - we did our own whilst we waited for collection as we were now 5 minutes early to our booked time slot & had already been told off for being early!
Similar experience on way back - rude staff who this time told us we were late! We had originally put down 12:30pm arrival which on drop off they changed to 11:30am flight arrival so the car was accessible. We took our car back at 11:55am.
Would not use again - simply rude, and I didn’t feel were trustworthy given our experience. We did make a formal complaint via Holiday Extras as I Love Meet & Greet would not deal with us direct as we booked via an Agent.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
We decided to use I love meet and greet rather than a slightly cheaper company for the sole reason that my car would be kept in a car park covered by CCTV. In reality it didn't make any difference. Dropped off the car with no hassle, be warned however there is no pre check of your car or photos taken in your presence. On collection, which turned out to be a hassle in itself, as we waited an hour with staff not really knowing where our car was, it turned up with an engine warning light on for brake pads which wasn't on there before we handed the keys over. After an 8 hour night flight, we just wanted to get home. Again in hind sight we should have checked the car when they returned it, but its a drop area that your car is returned to so no real time for any checks/paperwork. On getting home we discovered damage to the front bumper / wing ( so someone else also parked in their car park between 7th Mar and 15th Mar with a red car will also find damage to their car) which was done in their care. They deny this of course and have not provided photos of our car to show this. The car before us turned up smelling so strongly of weed, we could smell it from 50ft away, which should have sent alarm bells ringing. We will never again use any sort of service which involves handing over our car keys. An expensive lesson learnt, but if this review can put of just 1 person from using such an unprofessional outfit then we will slightly compensated.

Always prompt pick up and delivery. We have used them 3 times and no problems at all. They always answer the phone within a few rings and if any changes need to be made they are done without any fuss. Driver are also very pleasant to deal with.
I was a bit nervous about using a meet and greet service after a bad experience at Heathrow but using I love meet & greet at Gatwick South couldn't have been easier. Clear instruction, we called 10 mins before arriving and they were waiting, called immediately on leaving security on our return and they were waiting for us with the car. Excellent service all round and made a long journey much easier.
Arrived in wind and rain. So good to be able to get straight into our car, efficiently delivered.
Drop off experience was fine but unfortunately ILMAG triggered a £100 parking fine from NCP when they brought my car into the restricted Gatwick pick up area. They assured me it would be cancelled but before it finally was cancelled almost 3 months later I still received a final demand threatening debt collection agents and county court. I was also still left out of pocket due to my car lease company incurring a cost (which they charged me for) in responding to NCP. The ILMAG customer service team were not particularly sympathetic considering they were the ones who actually took my car into the restricted area.
A really disappointing experience from a company we have used a number of times in the past. I had a courtesy car that I discovered on leaving home to go to gatwick had a slow puncture - one that was enough to warrant concern. I inflated at the nearest garage and asked the valet driver if they had the means to check the tyre pressure and re inflate before returning the car. He confirmed this could be done. While away, I personally called on the day I was due to depart and spoke to a very nice lady called Caroline who said they had a record and she would get someone to check immediately and again just before midnight when I was due back. When the valet dropped the car back it was at 1.1 bar pressure with the warning light on - about 40% of the pressure it should have been and likely to damage the tyre (which is about £400-500 to replace). The driver just shrugged his shoulders, said “I just deliver them” and left me to it - thank goodness the tyre pump was working at the local garage. What’s more I tried to honestly date my return correctly - expecting I would be out after midnight when my flight landed shortly after 11. The collecting driver told me I had overpaid and I should have put the plane landing time not the time I anticipated collecting the car - but I couldn’t get a refund. Looking at some of the other reviews it looks to me like there are serious culture issues with people that simply don’t care - made worse by people that do seem to care (Caroline) being let down internally. A very disappointing experience all round for someone that has used the company a number of times. I would advise others to consider / research other companies as alternatives
