Smart Looking & Roomy Parcel Box
Great parcel box, looks very smart.
ILoveParcels were really helpful when UPS managed to screw up delivery (I had the temerity to change the delivery date with them in good time, which seemingly threw this global organisation into chaos) and I can't fault anything about the product or the supplier. I'd avoid UPS again like the plague where possible.

Bad customer service and poor quality products
Really disappointed with this purchase. Our parcel box started rusting within just 5 months, which is completely unacceptable for an outdoor product.
When we contacted customer service, we were simply told that coastal areas aren’t covered under warranty — something that wasn’t made clear at the point of purchase. Living in a coastal area shouldn’t mean a product fails this quickly.
On top of that, the flap doesn’t stay shut properly and keeps opening, meaning our post regularly gets soaked when it rains.
Overall, poor quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend.

Our products are designed and tested for outdoor use; however environmental conditions can vary significantly. In coastal locations, particularly those directly exposed to sea air, higher salt levels can accelerate wear on metal surfaces more quickly than in typical environments.
That said, we appreciate this may not have been as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase, and we will take that feedback on board.
In terms of the flap not staying shut, that is not something we would expect in normal use. As mentioned by our customer service team, we would very much like to inspect this further under our warranty policy.
We take both product performance and customer experience seriously and are continually reviewing and refining our products based on real-world use and feedback.

Not secure: can be opened by thieves more easily than you think
We bought the "Extra Large Built In Parcel Box. Outdoor Garden". A thief opened it last weekend by just pulling the sides apart by hand until the door falls out. They didn't need any tools. When I contacted iloveparcels I was told that I was outside warranty and ...
"Our parcel boxes are designed to help protect deliveries and include an anti-theft mechanism that prevents access through the chute. However, they are not designed to be completely tamper-proof or to the same standard as a secure safe, and unfortunately determined individuals may still find ways to force entry."
So be warned, the boxes are OK but only as a mild deterrent.

Our parcel boxes are designed to securely receive deliveries and deter opportunistic theft in everyday use. As with other external items around the home, security is based on deterrence rather than absolute prevention, and they are not intended to withstand deliberate forced entry.
