We have already very promptly replaced a damaged chair for you within a matter of days of delivery. After then advising us of damage to one of the other chairs later on, that chair has also been collected and we are replacing for you as agreed next week.
Not ideal we know, but not deliberate either and we hoped our prompt resolution of the matter might reward us with a slightly more favourable review.

I bought an item from I Love Retro but it didn't quite fit in the space I had in my room. I was really impressed with how easy it was to return the item and how quick the refund was. The team at I Love Retro are really helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

The chairs are just what I wanted and…
The chairs are just what I wanted and do the job nicely. There was difficulty with delivery due to Brexit which the company can't be blamed for though it would have been nice if they had kept me informed rather than my having to chase them.

We are very sorry you had this experience and felt it deserved a 1* review. We were put in an unfortunate situation, between you placing the order and the item becoming available, that delivery to NI for this particular item was no longer obtainable via the courier network.
Over a month ago you were immediately refunded in full when we realised this was the case.

Ordered two identical lamps as a gift.... 1 arrived... after numerous emails.. another lamp was despatched... I love retro did everything they could to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.. well done.

Quality not fantastic looks better when in at night.
Took a very long time to come but when I emailed communication was good and she replied within the day. Not really impressed with the quality if I’m honest bit on the poor side the lampshade you can see the glue/join like a bit cheap. But I’d already unpacked and thrown boxes when I had a close up look.

Items over 4 months delayed
Ordered three lamps before Xmas, one has still not turned up, arrival date keeps getting pushed back and back. I don’t mind this so much as it’s a difficult period but if you promise a delayed lamp on a specific day why not tell someone when it can’t be delivered? Why do they have to chase you every few weeks?

Considering you have already successfully received two of three lamps and the delayed third is now with the courier for delivery next week, the 1* rating you have given seems a little harsh.
We don’t profess to be perfect, but we always do our best and we have certainly provided a much better service than your rating suggests.

Thank you for the feedback. We certainly take it onboard and look to improve the speed of delivery wherever we can.
As we have been currently discussing via email your item has been in the courier network for some time now. A small number of our items (your lamp included) come direct from one of our manufacturing sites in Europe. We are having to navigate new and inconsistent import rules and regs which fortunately do not seem to be impacting us too much. However, on entering the UK your item has unfortunately been held up at customs during a random spot check. These checks cause frustrating delays and simply take a little time to work out before getting released into the Parcelforce network.
We are actively looking to get your item to you as a matter of urgency and will update you once again tomorrow on progress.
