ILR1658 Order of leather chairs

I ordered 2 leather chairs in Feb 2021. It is now August and I still do not have the chairs. Each time I checked on the upcoming delivery April, June, August I was met with - I’m afraid your items will not be arriving. The only reason I knew they were not arriving is because I emailed the company to check that were being delivered. They would not have informed me otherwise. The only response was “you can have a refund but if you still want the chairs, you’ll go to the back of the queue if you withdraw your order.”
Poor poor customer service. I will not be buying from I Love Retro again.

They didn’t communicate that the shipment was delayed. I had to chase the order. When it arrived it doesn’t look as good as it did in the pictures. Product looks a bit cheap. I would buy another one.

lovely piece of furniture. slight damage on inside of drawer but not worth exchanging. Guys were in touch by phone on the day to say when they would be here. Delivered to room with no issues. Two nice guys from Brummie.

In the beginning, I hesitated buying from this Company because there were some negative reviews. But decided to take the risks. It was well worth it. Fast delivery and communicated well when it was due. V well packed and table chosen was exactly what we expected. Value for money. Will definitely recommend.

I ordered a lamp on Monday 14th June 2021 and have chased and chased I love Retro to find out when it is to be delivered as initially it was due w/c 28th June. I have not had one reply to an email, contact form via the website, further emails and a DM on Instagram. This is clearly a scam company who take your money and do not communicate. Please beware and stay away. I will be making a formal complaint and reporting this company to trading standards.

Ordered a set of 3 round wooden tables. Delivered a month earlier than expected so that was good. Happy enough with them but not as well finished as I would have expected. Staples showing on the top edge of the rim and could do with another coat of staining.

Purchase took 6 month to come and we had to keep chasing. Absolutely no offer of compensation at all. Poor service. Product however was good quality when we eventually got it

I bought two quite eccentric lights from I Love Retro, which in itself one of the things I like about them, in that they sell such things. The lights came as described and quickly. What I wasn't expecting though was the opulence of the finish especially in the shades. These were two great purchases

Excellent quality and great customer service, goods delivered on time and in perfect condition. The Bali chairs are of high quality and were extremely well wrapped and packaged for shipping. Definitely recommended.

The item matches the description, looks like the picture and was delivered when they said it would be. A thumbs up from me.
