A really lovely experience
A really lovely experience, it took not one, but three scans for the to be able to find gender (baby didn’t want to tell us!) and every time they remained so positive and hopeful for us. A lovely warm experience.

Felt so at ease the minute I walked…
Felt so at ease the minute I walked through the door. Reception area nice & inviting, and gives off a very relaxed calm vibe. We went for the earlier scan package £104, which included 1 print out and then the rest get sent to you via email. So happy I have these to keep. Will definitely be back for a follow up scan.

The sonographer was really kind and patient, explained everything and the whole experience was 5*, I had a warm welcome at reception and a nice package to leave with at the end which was well equipped and thoughtful just makes the extra difference.

I was extremely nervous about our early scan but as soon as you walk in to Imaginatal, you feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are very friendly and the sonographer was so kind and calming. Me and my partner was very happy with the service and would highly recommend! 😊

Scan booked for my daughter
Booked a scan for my daughter as she was worried something wasn't right and she hadn't heard the heart beat. The staff were so friendly and helpful couldn't have asked anymore. Thank you so much for putting my daughter at her ease and calming her fears. I phoned to book an appointment and got the same day.

Professional, kind & wonderful
I came to Imaginatal for an emergency scan, as I had some complications at 14 weeks. Although I was absolutely petrified something was wrong, the staff put me at ease and made me feel calm.
Walking into the scan room was wonderful, a big room with 2 very comfortable sofas for family and 2 huge screens.
I’ve had a few scans since being pregnant, but I cannot compare this experience to others.
Absolutely wonderful staff and professionals. Would 100% return for further scans

Early reassurance scan experience
What a fantastic experience this was earlier today, after a miscarriage earlier in the year and feeling very nervous and overwhelmed, everyone made us feel really comfortable and reassured every step of the way! 100000% recommend!!
Came in for a 4D scan and was absolutely amazed, the staff are so so lovely and its absolutely spotless, not to mention so so clean!
During my scan i felt very light headed and the lady scanning me let me take my time even though my scan was 20 minutes long and she even let me listen to my sons heartbeat again to make me feel better!
I was also gifted a free mam bottle and dummy, a voucher and a lovely leaflet for mums with my photos!!
The staff are absolutely amazing and i will 100% be coming back for my next baby ☺️

Lovely
We got the gender scan £94 package. The scan went well but was not sent home with the confetti canon so the eldest was upset. I would just say double check that you get what you’ve paid for . But the people were lovely.
