Dan, our consultant was very helpful. Three stars only as we think both the deposit amount so far in advance and full payment also so far in advance is not necessary, and not in accordance with other travel agents which we have used.

Part of being a package holiday provider and being able to offer the great prices that we have, is that we do have different contracts with our travel partners. Unfortunately, this does mean we do occasionally require a deposit and payment further in advance to secure those same great prices.
