I do not like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. I signed up as a trade supplier and made my first order, which was perfectly fine. Everything was packed with care and delivered on time. So, I decided to contact them with my Irish Vat Number (entitling me vat exempt in the UK) as I do with all my other UK suppliers. I was refused a vat deduction which is very odd as all my other UK suppliers deduct vat. Their current trade prices are not very effective if a business cannot get their vat back unless UK registered and due to my spend of roughly £2000/£2500 per month this, as you can imagine, is too costly for me. So I decided to continue using my current suppliers for my large orders and that I would purchase some bits and bobs from them every so often. My 2nd order was 6 reams of card, which must have been thrown into the boxes before delivery. Not packed with care as per my previous order. The card was battered, with curled up corners and would get jammed in my printers. The card is unusable, and also not cut to A4 as advertised. It comes in measuring, 28.9cm x 20.5cm instead of 29.7cm x 21cm. Half of my customers come from the UK, which in return, I buy half of my supplies from UK but really feel that they simply do not want to sell to me? This confuses me they could have simply declined my trade request! P.S they don't like responding to emails either......

Great response and great quality of product. It would be nice to get 1 or 2 extra pieces of card or vellum in case there is a mistake as I get from my other vendors especially when ordering very large quantities.

Following much disappointment from some shops and other craft websites, Imagine DIY saved the day. I was almost about to give up on my handmade wedding invitation design and then Imagine DIY cropped up to save the day! They had exactly what I was looking for (and much more besides)!

The laser cut pocket folds were beautiful and they had a fabulous selection of accessories, ribbons, bows and other things to really add the finishing touch.

The website was really easy to use, with loads of photos to provide inspiration and to help with colour matching (which can sometimes be difficult when purchasing such items online). The handy hints and tips were really useful too.

As if it couldn't get any better, the items arrived at the front door in three working days. They were beautiful wrapped to ensure they arrived safely and undamaged and the two packets of love hearts tucked in the side of the box, was a beautiful touch!

Thank you Imagine DIY for what you do, you do it wonderfully. I would thoroughly recommend to family and friends!

Samples I ordered was beautiful and arrived quickly. After looking at so many different laser cut designs it was nice to find an elegant and simple one finally. One my fiance finally liked as well.
