Excellent quality product

Excellent quality product, we'll packed, great prices and fast delivery. Speaking not as a bride but a small business that designs invitation inserts and I have chosen Imaginediy as my supplier for the laser outer. Highly recommend

As the 2 stars said, service is poor. I can never be sure if I will get the envelopes which I can see on picture or something similar to that but completly other item.
Moreover if I order something once, it can be different next time.
And this is not mentioned in descriptions at all to pay attention to this.
I have never seen such a ebshop where products can be different from time to time on the same name, with the same picture.

I am really sorry that you are disappointed with our service.
We do try our very best to keep our customers as happy as possible.
You are right, there can be a variance on the envelopes that we sell. The envelopes are manufactured to coordinate with our laser cut invitation range. We keep a close check on the consistency of our laser cut invitations but from time to time, the coordinating envelopes arrive slightly different. As long as the quality is high and the envelopes fit the laser cut invitations well, most customers are not concerned at the slight variance in appearance of the envelopes. As the envelopes are not a main product line and are sold as a compliment to our main ranges, this has never been an issue before. In addition, producing the envelopes in this way allows us to keep the cost really low. So you are able to purchase a beautiful envelope for very little money.
I understand that you purchase a lot of envelopes from us. I can see that we have had regular communication with you and have tried on a number of occasions to explain to you that the envelopes can sometimes be different to the images shown online. Whilst the quality and size will be the same (as they are designed to fit our laser cut invitations), the flaps can vary between batches. Sometimes they will have a rounded point, sometimes they will have a sharp point etc. Again, this is because the envelopes are sold as a compliment to the main item (The laser cut invitations) and are not really meant to be sold as a stand alone item. Despite explaining on a number of occasions that we are not able to guarantee that the envelopes will look exactly the same as the ones pictured, you continue to order them in high quantity. As envelopes seem to be the main item that you order, I would recommend that you contact a company that specialises in envelopes. I think this might work better for your business.

We really work hard to try to keep our customers as happy as possible and on this occasion, I am really sorry that you feel so let down with us. We will look in to this issue for you and see if there is a way to resolve it without increasing the unit cost for our customers.
However, in the meantime, if you need help in finding an alternative envelope supplier, please get in contact and we will do our best to help (please send your e-mail for the attention of Leah). Unfortunately, the unit cost is likely to be higher if you order from an specialist envelope supplier but I think you will be much happier.
I am sorry that we are not able to offer a better solution for you at this time.

Quality card and paper with super fast service

I’m thrilled with the service from Imagine DIY. I placed an order quite late on Saturday and by Tuesday my order had arrived! The quality of the card and paper I ordered was the same as the picture online and was exactly the colour I was looking for to make some wedding invites I’d been asked to make. I ordered a couple of sheets of both card and paper in nude glitter as I was unsure on how it would look but now I’ll definitely be ordering the amount I need to make the invites. Thank you for the excellent service and I can’t wait to order again :)

Fantastic handmade paper

I was looking for handmade paper for my vintage cards. I bought some things from this company and I always was very pleased with my orders. This time I was even more pleased - my papers came very quickly, beautifully packed and I used them straight away. And surely I will be back for more. I strongly recommend that company for everyone.

Good quality

Love the quality of the cards but found envelope needed to be a bit bigger doesn’t allow for any extra embellishments and inserts . Card is tight fit after adding extras .
