The products are excellent and I would recommend them with no reservations as I was really pleased with everything. The only thing that I didn't like was the postage costs for small items. I ran out of one thing which cost me £3.20 but the postage was nearly £6!

Hi Diane. Thank you very much for your very nice review. We Really appreciate it. I just wanted to let you know for any future orders, We do have a 1st class postage option starting at just £1.50. If this option is selected at checkout, than your order is dispatched on the same day as long as it is received before 1PM. This would have probably been the best postage option for the additional order you placed. I am very sorry that you missed it.
The option you selected was for a Guaranteed next day service with DPD. Obviously if you absolutely required it guaranteed the next day, then this would have been the best option.
