I was very hesitant ordering online due to being let down by a Facebook company and I stressed this to them and they made me feel reassured so I ordered and it came within a week. I could not believe it! Had a brief look at the dining set and it looks very good quality. I am yet to put it together when I move house.

Table was suppose to be here the week before christmas, it arrived on 3 different dates, i didn't end up having a fully built table till 2 weeks into january after the final part arrived the marble top. If i would of known this i would of took my £1250 somewhere else. I will not ever be using this company again. Complete shambles, plus they dont answer the phone or reply to emails till 2 weeks later

Amazing from start to finish I was expecting a delay due to current situation but the delivery was fast and the order was placed in my room of choice carefully and neatly I was given a three hour window then an hour before delivery a courtesy text the quality of the dining set is incredible I honestly can not fault them at all I would certainly buy from them again.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if it let me, worse company i have ever delt with in my life, ordered an table and chairs costing 1000, chair legs were chipped and 2 chairs ripped, and they sent the wrong size bench, took me 8 weeks and 30+ emails to get 2 new chairs and bench sent to me, still waiting on the table legs, the new chairs they have sent me are different to my current ones and they are now not seeing what my issue is so i have miss match chairs to my table, could off got better for £200 out off argos!! So still 2 months later im emailing continuously to try and get this sorted AVOID at all costs

I would like to thank you for a truly incredible service. From the moment of purchace until it was delivered you kept me informed all the time. I found it so good never had such wonderful treatment thank you all. I would recommend you to anybody and if anyone is considering a purchace just do it.

I am over the moon with my chairs, they are beautiful!
I had a bad experience with a DIFFERENT store that I originally ordered the same chairs from, was messed around for 2 months until we had to go into the store to get my refund back.
I explained my bad experience to imaginex furniture & interiors and they was brilliant with me. I ordered my chairs waited 3 weeks for them to be delivered (in lockdown) if I emailed them they responded in less that 5 minutes every time, they always communicated with me and reassured me I would be getting my chairs by a certain date. Delivery was brilliant too, I got a day and time slot and called half hour before they arrived. I love my chairs they are so beautiful and make my home look very fancy. I would definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

I wish i could put zero stars because this company doesn't deserve anything more. I purchased a dining table and chairs, i received the correct table but the wrong chairs. I contacted them and the manager emailed me back and promised to collect them and redeliver the correct ones, the first time they arranged to collect them no one turned up and when i called them they were so rude, they almost make you think it's your fault when they are in the wrong.
I emailed the boss and he said they will arrange another day, so i made arrangements with the warehouse and again no one turned up.
I emailed back the boss on several occasions with no response so i reported them to PayPal. Then the cheek of the company decide to say if i send the goods back they will give me a full refund, so i have to spend over £600 to send it back when i had spent almost £1,600 already.
This company just send you stock they have as apposed to what you ordered and hope you keep it and be quiet.
They have no intentions of collecting any wrong deliveries and have no respect for their customers. I wished i had checked the reviews before ordering from them because if i had, i would never had ordered a thing from this company. Customers need to be warned and this is why i did this review, i really hope this helps others planning on purchasing from this company.

I can honestly say the marble dining set we ordered is one of the best purchases I have ever got. The quality is amazing. Any questions I had the customer service team emailed me back to all of my answers (I’m the type to ask lots!) and it was sent within about 2 weeks. Very please. Thank you very much

Do not go on negative reviews. You can't get everything right all the time. They are the very best of furniture companies I have dealt with. Supplied me with a gorgeous marble dining set. The table unfortunately sustained a superficial crack during transit but the company very promptly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Extremely honest and reliable with high quality products as decent prices. I would highly recommend buying from them and I would do the same again if I need to buy something in future.

This company has left me traumatised, l spent well over £1000 with them and my items came in half's because the other item was damaged. After contacting the company they where very rude and could not give me another delivery date and kept blaming the courier. After l contacted them again another delivery date was given so l took the day off work, 10mins within the delivery slot it was cancelled again! After contacting the company by email because they are not answering the phone and telling then to basically to remove the two items I have and l wanted a full refund, funny enough l got an email saying that the order will be be arriving the next day. Look guys to be honest the furniture are beautiful But be warned, it's not worth the hassle, l think l got off luckily, left a bad taste, company needs to respect people's hard working money. I wish them well.

When our marble table arrived it had been damaged in delivery. As soon as I emailed customer services I got a reply back within 5 minutes and they organised for another table top to be delivered in the next few days. I was very impressed with the customer service I received and with the marble table. It was cheaper than other sites I looked at.

Nice dining set, can’t complain.
Reading all bad reviews left on Trustpilot I was little bit worried to purchase set from seller, but worked out well!
Reasonable waiting time.

Once ordered, I received an email explaining the sofa I have paid for wont be here until 3rd week of March. I cancelled another order elsewhere as they said 4th December then got this!!! " These sofas were due to dock and arrive to ourselves today, These have landed at UK Felixstowe, However with the current pandemic on going many containers are arriving but are not being able to get shipped out due to the container being cleansed and with around 500+ containers ahead these are taking longer than anticipated. We have been advised that this may come to us next week or next month, Worst case it could be is January as some parts of the country are entering a lock down so some transport companies will not be operating.
We are very sorry for this as this has caused many issues. This can be seen over the news that containers are being left at Felixstowe until cleaned inside out thoroughly.

At this moment we are going with the worst case scenario that these will come to us in January, therefore delivery to yourself will be 2nd or 3rd week in January."

So they basically hold no stock, group orders and then put them in when they have your cash. Fine but not explained. Also after waiting a week for what I expected to be contacted by a delivery partner. I emailed. Their CRM system is good. But their computer needs someone in the office doing something.

Really easy to order so looking forward to my product coming

I ordered four pieces of furniture in the 30th October.Three were in stock ,the fourth was due in on the 5th November. Quick delivery initially but the delayed item was mixed up with another parcel .

When I called to advise of this I was told that it was the courier error and an exchange would be arranged.

I waited a week but received no communication. I have called another five times and on three occasions I have been promised a call back with an update on the situation however this has not happened.

I still have a large item that I did not order but I’m expected to store and no fourth item.

Extremely poor response and customer service.

Fantastic company, very pleased with the Louis dining set and chairs, very quick delivery, in fact they were delivered within 1 week. Cant fault in any way, will definitely buy again

I was a bit wary ordering after reading the online reviews. But everything went really smoothly. Not my items were delivered on time and the quality of the end product was fantastic. I'm so glad I didn't reky on the bad reviews.

Very happy with my furniture. Arrived when expected and packaging was of high quality. Would highly recommend this company.
