Utter joke of a company DO NOT BUY waited an extra 14 days Ontop of the 20 days already waited as they ran out of stock. Then got a call no warning we are delivering today. Bloke said you have to help me ? So I then rearranged my whole day told him 3pm he agreed. 13:30 called me I’m at your house ? I said look we said 3pm but I’m 10 miles away ? He said not waiting. I said just wait I’ll be there he said no I’ll come back tomrow ? I said what time he said anytime. I said we had arranged a time today and he could have cared less. I said wait 15 mins I’ll be there he said NO just get your money back. What a joke of a company so RUDE avoid at all cost. Also Rang there office number they never pick up. Update they have just tried to get trust pilot to take down saying it was another company I was talking about but heres my order number : A shipment from order #3663 is on the way

I cannot begin to tell you how awful this company is. Not only were the items faulty and late, replacement parts took months to come and the dining table is falling apart. Promise after promise of delivery dates which came and went. Avoid like the plague. They also change the company name a lot so beware!

Ordered a White marble dining set with 4 lion head knocker chairs. I was told 4 or 5 weeks for delivery which is understandable given current circumstances. When i called they were very quick to help and update me on my delivery. All issues were dealt with in the end and I am very happy with the dining set. Table looks fantastic in my new home. Will be back for more!

Ordered a Brussels king size bed and mattress! Great service provided from the guys in the shop and amazing quality!

Ordered an item, paid in full, but no delivery date was quoted. I enquired about this and was told a month hence. 3 days later I received email to say they had sold out and I would have to pre-order this item (whatever that meant) and presumably wait again. This lack of clarity is not acceptable and I cancelled. Ordered the same item with another company and recieved it within 48 hours. Wouldn't go through this again.

we ordered dinning set, advertised brand new but we received chairs of 3 different colours, and they are insisting light grey and grey are the same, then 3 of the chairs are all dirty, full of stain, obviously used one, we received them wrapped in black rubbish bags. They said they will replace. But every time the date they promised comes, they will give another date for 2 weeks. The worst thing is, they wont bother to contact you on whats happening, I need to chase them everytime. After 2 months, they said another 2 weeks. I said I had enough, I've been too patient and I wanted refund. They wont collect the items. Im going to take it further. Its disgusting what this company do to their customers. Scam! Avoid them!
