iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

Great quality of cookware my mother is very pleased
These are great quality of pots and pans. They might cost a little more but the quality is well worth it! My mom loves them!!

My wife Started using utility knife and she is very pleased with it.
We bought this knife set for the first time with Imarku brand. It’s well made with Stainless Steel in one piece with sharp edges to make veggie cutting task easy compared to other knife we used before.
We expect same good service from other knives as well.

No customer service. 5 knives at 3 diff purchases and you cannot reply? No problem, I resolved with Amex.
Never again and I liked your product; too much BS with an issue. Typical business model for companies like this. NO REPLY THEN DENY HOPE THEY FORGET.

imarku cookware set
The products I ordered arrived two days later than I was expecting them. Therefore, I didn’t get to give them to my daughter at her bridal shower. That being said, the cookware set was beautiful, heavy, and looked very well made. My daughter was thrilled with the set. Hopefully, it will be just as great to use when cooking.
I would have liked more communication with Imarku. I felt this was a scam about a day after I ordered because they wouldn’t give me tracking information without an app. So I had no idea when or if my order was coming. All’s well that ends well.

Good customer service
I had an issue with the shipment not shipping and after struggling to get ahold of them they were very responsive and kept checking in to ensure that everything was okay. Overall good experience after the initial hiccups.

I ordered pot as a replacement
I ordered pot as a replacement, I received the wrong one. After contacting customer support I was asked to send a picture of what I received. To my surprise a few days later I received the correct pot. I am elated with this product and the customer service is the cherry on top.
