They answered my inquiry in less than…

They answered my inquiry in less than 14 hours, everything was solved in short time after I sent them necessary data (device identification number), although according to the Terms and Conditions I wasn't entitled to freeing one device license seat.

I have twice now locked myself out of…

I have twice now locked myself out of licensed devices from moving to new computers and forgetting to release the license. Both times the response and action to get me back up and running was within a couple hours. Can't expect much better than that when the problem is caused by my lack of attention.

Email at purchase is a later problem

I found out of the blue that my (paid for twice) license with iMazing would no longer work, and I had to get a renewed license via email. But the automated system was unable to forward to my email address (only iMazing had this problem). But a human being was able to reach me at the exact SAME email address to give me the license code. I need to change that email address!!!

The best program for iPad and iPhone

Good program to have the iPad and iPhone controlled you can do everything from there transfer of files backups to restore the devices completely to highlight the customer service for its speed to solve any problem

Great Product & Great Support

I’m a long-time user of iMazing and rely on it regularly to keep files on my iPhone in sync with those on my desktop computer. However, it seems as though in this world of never-ending Apple iTunes updates something got lost and my iMazing software stopped working. Unable to resolve the issue on my own, I reached out to the iMazing support team. They were quick to reply, expressed genuine concern and expertly grasped the issue at hand. Because of this, the issue with a couple of missing but needed iTunes files was quickly resolved, and the software was back up and running in short order. Simply put, both the software and the iMazing support team are Number-1 in my book.

Where Apple has ‘dropped the Ball’

Where Apple has ‘dropped the Ball’, Imazing has picked it up and run for a Touchdown! ❤️. Eg I can now backup my iPhone to my External USB Drive❤️ Also , eg my friends ITunes PC Playlists , that ICloud DELETED, were restored by Imazing transferring them from his IPhone back to his PC on mass ❤️

Very good

I have been using this program for some years and i like it. From adding photos and music to my phone, to the backups. Their customer support is also very good. I recommend this program for sure
