Great tool BUT.....
The fact that the software allowed me to recover my music was excellent however I feel that the licensing is overly restrictive. You can only buy a subscription and it is tied to a specific number of devices. It's bad enough you don't own what you pay for but you also don't get to use it on multiple devices unless you pay yet more. Unfair in my opinion!

Support is good. Change license to signature doesn’t
I bought license of imaging to use an alternative to iTunes.
In the beginning was amazing. But when was launched the version 3 and the business operation of software was be chanced by license for signature, lost so much of my attention. Because if I believe in a software and bought it, I wanted that software company keep the same method (license don’t signature).
The attention be support equip is amazing and fast.

iPhone doesn't connect
Every time I connect my iPhone to back it up, it won't pair. I have to delete everything off my computer, reinstall, reboot computer and phone, and even then it won't work this time. The last time it wouldn't connect I spent 3 weeks with support before it finally worked. I bought a perpetual license and have managed to make 4 backups in 18 months. I am deleting this app and writing off the cost - it is useless and not worth the headaches and frustrations
I received the reply from iMazing offering to have their support team take a look. I had them help me last time this happened and, as mentioned, after 3 weeks of frustration, I deleted everything and reinstalled everything and it finally worked. Once! I have now gone back and done everything that I did before and everything they suggested and nothing is working. My PC will not pair with my iPhone. I don't know or care if it is an iOS issues or a Windows issue. These systems are not talking to each other and it is not working for me. If iMazing doesn't work any longer, or without endless frustration, for backing up iPhone to PC, then it should be noted so PC users don't purchase.

Every time there is a new update, I get a lot of bullshit. No connection, no recognition Iphone and and and...... Time after time. I've had enough. I have an official licence by the way. Now, 29-01-2026 My Iphone is not recognized again. Have to install Itunes again. Yeah right. No way! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Terrible. Useless and simply cannot do what it advertises in my opinion. I bought this to download Whatsapp messages. All I get after hours and hours wasted trying, is a notice saying can’t load data . Have tried absolutely everything possible - seems many things can get in the way of what seems a simple transfer. Contacted customer support yesterday morning (now 8pm the next day and no follow up). Told it had been “passed to Level 2”. Thanks Level 2. I will be seeking a refund. This product doesn’t work.
