iMazing is a great product, but it’s the customer support team that puts it over the top.
They’re very fast response time, on a Sunday no less, got me back up and running in no time.

iMazing is hands down the best software I’ve used for my iPhone. I no longer use iTunes. I have been using iMazing for a little over 4 years now. It has everything I could ever need and more! It’s easy to find everything I need, easy to navigate the software without feeling overwhelmed and priced at such an amazing price! Not to mention customer service is quick and very helpful! I have only needed to reach out to customer service one time and as I said, they were quick and very helpful. I recommend this software often when asked what I use.

On a Sunday I submitted a list of questions. Within about 2 hours I received a reply. I had an additional question and again I received soon after a reply. My issues were answered satisfactory. I call this a top notch service.

Great support from staff on questions regarding use; got the app when my iPhone lost sync to iTunes, and I risked losing 2,00 songs with associated artwork. I also backed up messages from a close friend that had passed away; and held onto custom ring tones I created. All in all, a very worthwhile application.

Having use this app for so many years and the loyalty to the brand, the experience and the outcome were exceptional.

iMazing is a really good software, but buying it you should know that the license is hooked to the iPhone. For me it was not a good thing.
If you somehow loose your iPhone, YOU CAN NOT get your iphone backup restored to a new iPhone. For me it was a surprise. My iPhone 13 mini died under an update, and every measure to bring it back failed. Mailing with support sending to them what they wanted, but when support asked to send more documentation i lost patience and bought an alternative. The day after i got a mail answer from support where they tell, that the old device have has been unlinked as a one-time exception, but it was a little to late.
My request to support was about GETTING UP RUNNING FAST. When you don't have your iPhone you find out how much you depend on it.

A great software to manage my iOS devices on the go. Well before Apple allowed any serious level of device management from computers imazing has been the go to Application. It's more polished than Apple's implementation!

I use iMazing to make backup from my Apple products and I like the way it works. I was trying to use it again but it didn’t work to my surprise. It was disappointing. I reinstalled but it didn’t work. I write through their web site and, in between 24 hours, they answered to me with the right solution. It is working perfectly now.
I’m very happy for the effectiveness of that team.

The Support team were patient and helpful as they informed me how to look for some lessons from a CD which I had manually added using iTunes many years ago. My iPod did not register these as separate items in an Audiobook category. After informing of this they gave me the key to finding the files and I now have everything in place on my Music. They were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.

Responded very quickly and gave me the answer I needed to address the issue. It wasn’t a program issue it was a windows issue and Michael showed me the solution anyway, plus a link to address the issue and get it upgraded.

This app provides what Apple will not: The ability to download and save your text history from the Messages app. It also does much more, but that feature alone justifies the price for me.
