Really don’t want to have to write a bad review about any shop, especially a small business, but unfortunately I have no choice at this stage.
Placed an order online with this store, paid for next day delivery, it has been 3 days since I ordered and I have not received the item, and have had no correspondence from the store despite several emails (all sadly ignored). I have also tried messaging on their instagram page. The tracking on Shopify shows the item has been held because not enough postage has been paid for the item, which is strange and someone i have not seen before. I can’t understand why this would be the case when I paid for next day delivery and it was a pair of a Birkenstocks that were over £135.
Really disappointing to see a small business (who I tried to support by buying from them rather than the chain stores) taking money in this way and then not responding at all to a customer. I am quite reasonable and wouldn’t have minded if there was an explanation. But to just ignore someone is rude. I suspect I may have been scammed given no communication and the delivery issue, so have had to report this elsewhere.
I am only writing this review so that other people don’t end up with the same experience. I would be cautious buying from here again.
If I do hear from the company I of course will amend my review to reflect this.

My shoes were dispatched the next day and arrived so quickly, in perfect condition (the box was damaged but that may well have been Parcel Force.) They fitted perfectly so I didn't need to send them back – I love them!
My only slight niggle was that I emailed the shop to ask about sizing for a particular brand and I never heard anything back. After a few days I took the risk and it was fine but it would have been good to have had a reply. I would definitely shop here again though.

I was delighted that the sandals I ordered that didn't fit were swiftly exchanged for the right fit.

Well styles are good if expensive. Shoes I last bought were cheaper on the Internet but missed them so bit the bullet. Great sneakers.

Photo of product was an entirely different colour. Emailed to ask if this was what all the boots are like. Completely ignored. Emailed again to request a return. Completely ignored.

Tried to call to discuss return. Ignored.

Returned the awful boots now and hope to get my money back as ap after wasting nearly £5 returning an item that looked nothing like their pictures.

Awful experience. Wont buy from them again!

Order was processed efficiently and with haste. Was kept well informed of progress at all times. Item well packaged.

Very good customer service. I was waiting for a specific style of boot and as soon as they came back in stock they called me. I ordered that day and they came within a couple of days. Boots are fantastic.

Wanted specific brand and colour of boots. Found on this site, very easy to order, super quick delivery

I have ordered some trainers. After a week I received an email of my payment refunded. No explanation of why, not even a "sorry out of stock" comment. The website gave no reason to believe that this item won't be available. Very poor communication.

Unhappy! Shoes advertised were size 39 Birkenstocks - shoes that arrived were size 39 NARROW fit - this was not stipulated on the website when ordering so I’ve had to return them at my own expense - can’t get thru on the phone - not happy 😡

Such poor, late and unconcerned communication, late delivery.

Any supplier of clamp shoes must be good.

Very quick delivery. Delighted with my birkenstocks. Had £18 off too as they were in the sale.
