Love that I don't have to pay for delivery and can pop in the store and collect. it was ready really quickly leaving me time to browse around and chek what was on the sale shelves and what was new in for the winter.

Fast efficient service from ordering to delivery! The shoes are a gift for Husbands birthday on the 6th,but we had been into the shop where he expressed a liking for them.... Great that i could order them on-line and he knows absolutely nothing about it!

Not good service
Complete lack of communication from them constantly having to chase them for information and then incorrect information given case handler is NEVER available and always having to wait for a call back. Polite staff however not helpful
